I ordered delivery. My total was $23.47. I paid with a 20 and 10. My change should have been 6.53. I wanted to tip the driver $3. Instead he said he didn’t have any change. I called the store and the manager said she asked him before he brought my delivery if he had change and he said yes.. they are less than 0.2 miles away. Im in a wheelchair

PLEASE READ!! AMAZING STAFF!!! I am a mom of 3 and today was my youngest 6th birthday party. My husband ordered the food for me seeing I’m doing the party alone this year as he’s on assignment in California right now. He had accidentally scheduled the delivery date for the following day, and only realizing 45 minutes after the time I believed it to be arriving did we discover that it was scheduled for Monday rather than Sunday.
Panic set in, as everything else that could have gone wrong prior to the party in fact had already gone wrong. Once talked off a ledge, I called Papa John’s and explained the situation and the woman on the other end of the phone was so understanding, sympathetic, and attentive to the time sensitivity of the situation. (Being on a scheduled time slot for the party location)…. I had all the pizza delivered to the party with in 15-20 minutes of my call!

For my daughter’s birthday party, we placed an order several days in advance for 20 pizzas, scheduled for delivery at 5:15 PM on 3/21. We even called the day before to reconfirm, and both times we were assured that everything was set.

However, on the day of the event, at approximately 4:00 PM, we received a call from the store stating that our order had been prepared early due to a system error. While we understand that mistakes can happen, we informed them that we could not accept the pizzas at that time, as we had not yet arrived at the venue. The delivery driver was understanding and agreed that the pizzas would need to be remade for the scheduled time.

Shortly after, the store manager called and insisted that the pizzas had to be delivered immediately due to a lack of storage space. When we explained that this was not an option and requested fresh pizzas at the scheduled time, the manager refused. When we asked to speak with someone higher up to resolve the issue, the manager responded unprofessionally—LAUGHING and stating that they could not provide their supervisor’s information. We were never once offered any alternative or help in this situation, only made to feel this was our fault and our problem now. The exact opposite of what anyone should be dealing with an hour before their child’s birthday party. The way the manager spoke to us and was unwilling to make things right was absolutely horrible and unacceptable.

Ultimately, due to the poor handling of the situation and the unprofessional treatment we received, we had no choice but to cancel the order entirely. This experience was disappointing, especially considering that we had planned in advance to ensure a smooth event.

Absolutely horrible order a pizza no sauce and they put sauce on it. Called the manager had the WORST ATTITUDE stated pizza had sauce on their side but clearly on my digital receipt it shows no sauce. DO NOT ORDER HERE dominos down the road is way better

Finally!! Finally we got a good cheese pizza, the way papa John’s usually makes their pizza! Who ever just made our cheese pizza on April 25 at 7 p.m you did amazing and they should fire who ever else makes pizzas there! 2 weeks ago we got a pizza and it looked like cheese soup along with the delivery driver drifting on the way here I’m guessing cause half our pizza was slid to one side and the other side was all crust! So hats off to the person who made a cheese pizza tonight! You need to teach the crew how to make good pizzas!!!

Overall horrible. Pizza cooked incorrectly. 30 percent of pizza had no toppings at all. Took over two hours to make pizza. Employees were rude and had attitudes with everyone. Did not have gloves and didn’t wash hands. Just horrible

The pizzas seemed thrown together. I went up to the store to get them replaced, they messed up again. I wanted to get a refund but at that point I was super frustrated. I love Papa Johns but I won’t be back to this particular location.

Need to work on quality control….the pizza shown in my picture is supposed to be Mediterranean Veggie. The description for this pizza is lighter portion of cheese…this looks like extra cheese, plus I don’t see a single banana pepper on it. Looks quite a bit different than the website.
