Not had Papa John’s in over 10 years, this is why. Just look at this. They were made like trash. The pepperoni was supposed to be a Shaq pizza does it look good no. To much sauce, they barely put any toppings on them. 2in of crust with nothing on the buffalo pizza. I won’t order again for 10 years. 70 bucks worth of pizza and wings. Not worth 20 bucks. It a real shame. Alot of money for nothing.

I’ve tried calling multiple time and no one ever answered even waiting on the line over 10mins. I tried emailing it says the order number isnt correct? We ordered delivery through the website but doordash delivered. We were missing the cheese bread. I stopped the dasher before she left and she said she didn’t have it. There should be away to contact the store that you can get through to especially when you pay delivery.

This location has went down hill. Our deliveries are always late and now our orders are consistently wrong. Last time we had Papa J’s, we received a pizza with the wrong toppings so my husband called the store. We were told they would make the correct pizza but we had to come pick it up? Not how that should go but whatever. My husband goes to pick it up and they made the pizza with the correct toppings but it was the wrong size (made a medium and he ordered a large). Today we ordered two pizzas and there was zero sauce on either pizza.

I ordered pizza on Saturday from this location to watch the game. When it finally arrived, the driver was really short and rude. Once we got the pizza inside, half the pizza didn’t have cheese or pepperoni. I called the store, and the lady that answered the phone was apologetic and transferred me to the main manager. The manager was not helpful and when I asked him his name, he hung up on me. I tried to call back on different phones to get my money back, and they never answered.

Worst Papa John’s on the planet. Waited 30 min for carry out after calling in 30 min prior. Excuse was ovens are not working. Well we got burnt pizza I can’t believe they even let that go out the door shame on you. We want a refund. Don’t blame it on the District manager or management you have used that excuse already.
