I have ordered from this location exclusively and semi-regularly for 5 years now. My overall opinion is this: 90% of the time your food will be 20 minutes to 1 hour late (I’m not exaggerating). The pizza in my extensive experience actually comes out pretty good. Toppings have never been wrong! But the deliveries man. 40% of the time it’s semi hot or warm but usually acceptable. Timely delivery has been an absolute failure for years.

This location has went down hill. Our deliveries are always late and now our orders are consistently wrong. Last time we had Papa J’s, we received a pizza with the wrong toppings so my husband called the store. We were told they would make the correct pizza but we had to come pick it up? Not how that should go but whatever. My husband goes to pick it up and they made the pizza with the correct toppings but it was the wrong size (made a medium and he ordered a large). Today we ordered two pizzas and there was zero sauce on either pizza.

I guess I’m done with delivery. The driver showed up outside the delivery time. The pizza was Luke warm. Those silver lined bag they put you’re pizza in aren’t that great at holding in heat. I live 2 miles away from the papa John’s I ordered from and it took 20 minutes to deliver according to their tracker

Received my Ultimate pepperoni pizza today with “2 cheese” blend on it. Which is like putting mac and cheese on ICECREAM. So I called and manager tried lying to me saying that’s how it was made and calling me a liar that I dont know what ive been ordering for YEARS. I didn’t even mention it was BURNT because he might have said thats how its always been cooked! Im our “FIRE WOOD OVEN”. After finally clearing up that it’s not made that way he told me I would have to try to get a credit through a 3rd party company, that there is nothing he can do. YOU MADE THE PIZZA WRONG WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY? Absolutely disgraceful.
