Ordered a pizza from Papa Johns. 40 minutes after I ordered the pizza, I checked the app and it said “delivered”. Checked outside and there was no pizza. So, I called and checked the status. The guy who answered the phone said, “oh, she had to press the complete button, she’s 3 minutes away” I said, “ok, sounds good.” The driver arrives 5 minutes later, I open the box, and the pizza clearly looks mishandled. Frustrated, I called the store back and explained everything. The guy who answered the phone said, “do you want me to remake it?” I said, “no, I just want a refund.” he replied, “ok, I’ll have the driver come get the pizza.” unbelievable. I order from here quite a bit, safe to say Papa Johns will never receive a dime from me again. The entire experience, was handled very poorly.

Don’t order from this location they have horrible customer service. The manager named Brian was very rude and disrespectful, he should not be managing this store. They made my order completely wrong and refused to give me a refund. The food was absolutely gross, I will never visit this store again.

I got there almost 10 minutes after I got the notification that my food was ready. There was a worker sitting right outside of the door almost directly in the walkway. Kinda weird but didnt really bother me. There’s 2 girls behind the counter within 5 feet of me after I walk in. 1 was working the other just kinda there. They didn’t say anything at all. I stood there for about 5 minutes until they finally asked for the name on the order. I got my phone and left. Walked around the guy outside on my way back to the car. I get home and as soon as I pick up a slice of pizza I see the box under it is literally soaked. Well then I realize the pizza also is still raw dough around the crust. I call the manager and they tell me they cant give refunds I would have to wait until Wednesday when a gm is there. Of course every where always wants you to pre tip these days too before you ever even know what kind of service your gonna get. So not only did they steal my money I gave them a tip to do so. We rarely eat out anymore because not only is it so unhealthy but also this is what you have to deal with more times than not. I suggest you just go ahead and cook at home.

We ordered two pizzas. One XL sausage/pepperoni and one medium with tomatoes. As you can see from the pics, the former had WAY too much sauce. It was requested as well done…not so much. I also had to cut it with knife and fork.
The latter of the two pies was not only not cut all the way through but also, look at the different sized slices. What a joke.
Not the first time we’ve had a problem here. Whoever runs this place should be ashamed of themselves.

Placed an online order and went to pick it up once the tracker said it was ready (about 30minutes). When we arrived they said it would be another 15 since they were behind. We know things get behind and online trackers can be off so no big deal we waited. After waiting another 15 they still said it was going to be another 10 annoying but whatever we are here already. When we went in the next time they asked for the order number. They said oh this order just now came through so it’s going to be another 20 to 30 minutes to make. Needless to say we canceled the order and left because how did it take that long to figure out you weren’t even working on the order. Sounded like a stupid excuse for we messed up and won’t admit it. Terrible experience. Will never return to this location.

We placed the order online at 6:52pm. Order #0132 at the Bridgewater location. The estimated time of pickup was between 7:48 to 7:58pm. I arrived at 7:55pm and was told that it would be another hour before my food would be ready. I decided to go back home instead of waiting in the parking lot with everyone else. I get a notification at 8:20pm that my food was ready… I called before I drove in for confirmation. It was ready. I would have stayed the 15-20 minutes. I pick up my order and get it home to find that there were issues with each of the 3 items I ordered. I ordered pepperoni stuffed crust, but did not get pepperoni in the stuffed crust and I was missing toppings from my pizza also. We ordered Xtra mushrooms on the other pizza, but you could barely see any mushrooms. The cheese bread was supposed to be the Tuscan 6 cheese, but it was the original cheese bread. For the hassle it was not worth the wait especially with all the wrong items and missing ingredients. I don’t order from this location a lot and after having conversations with other patrons it seems this might be the last. A suggestion… if the food will be late, please make sure it’s at least correct.

Pizza here was about what I expected. Decent but not great. I’ve never had their stuffed crust before but I would say its better than a normal pie. Crust was slightly too burnt for my taste as well.

Stop using Door Dash and employ drivers and compensate them properly. Nobody wants door dash when they order. I am going to start cancelling orders moved to Door dash for delivery. We need to fight these middle men.

My delivery order was sent through DoorDash. The food was delivered lose. Not in a sealed bag so I could tell if the driver messed with my order.
I tried calling about 5 times to explain why I will never order from them again but the phone didn’t even ring. It just disconnected. So if anything had been wrong I couldn’t even report the issue.
From now on I will order Domino’s. They actually answer the phone and use their own drivers.
