Purchased pizza twice recently. Employees ignore customer who had already paid for pizzas and only needed to pick up. They don’t say hello, or speak. They don’t greet you, or tell you they’ll be with you soon, nothing. You just stand inside or in the drive thru waiting…when your pizzas are the only ones under the heat lamp. Hubby was going to walk out without the pizzas the last time but we paid online. He had to bang on the window!! Pizzas were thin, and toppings were extremely sparce. Quality poor. Won’t be back. Not a very professional business.

We are carving pumpkins tonight with the kids and decide to order pizza for the kids. I call papa johns and they are running a special where they make a jack o lantern pizza so I thought it would be fun for the kids! It got delivered (no contact ) which I have never had before and they set my food open and all in a wet soaked puddle chair on my porch didn’t knock or anything. Called the “manager” joe and he was absolutely DISGUSTING & even hung up on us over the phone. Will NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN!

Mandy the manager needs to not be a manager here. She has no business getting paid to manage this store!! She is never there all the other assistants do her job. The last store manager was at least there the required amount of hrs!!!
She needs to be told to quit blasting her personal business to her employees trying to make friends and making them feel sorry for her! Pathetic that the assistant managers care more about the store than her!!

These clowns took an order at 3PM for 515 pickup, and it wasn’t ready an hour later. Wouldn’t even offer a discount for their total failure. Avoid. This business clearly doesn’t deserve your money.

From my experience (ordering here 2 years), there is about a 50% chance your order will be exactly as you requested and a 50% chance they will either give your pizza away to another customer or mess up the toppings entirely. When you try to call after the fact, to request that they correct the error, you have about the same chance of getting in contact with a human. We live 2 minutes away and even that level of convenience isn’t worth the hassle.

Haven’t had Papa John’s in a while, couldn’t remember why so tried it agian and when I got the pizza home I remembered. Nothing worse on a pizza then burnt cheese. No need for the question “why” next time, there just wont be a next time.
