Received a free pizza coupon code in the mail valid until the 14th. I took a picture of the code and my wife threw the card away. Code wouldn’t work online, so I showed the picture to the crew in store and they applied the deal for me without any pushback. Best Papa John’s around, always get the order right and the crew here is second to none.

I would not have ordered delivery had I known you use doordash. He didn’t knock or ring the doorbell and just sat my food on the ground outside. It sat outside for 30 minutes before I happened to look outside and saw it on the ground. It’s 27 degrees outside now my food is cold.

Today I ordered my pizza around 8pm, on the app it said my pizza would be to me by 8:50. A little longer than usual but I figured they were just busy, then 9:10 hit and I began to become a little frustrated. 9:20 then came around and I went to the store and they were talking crap about the customers who were upset that they hadn’t gotten their food and they also let me know that they were 2 hours behind on orders. The manager then let me know that the driver already left and said he should be there any second, my house is about a 5 minute drive from the restaurant, I drove home and my pizza still was not there. My pizza was not delivered until 9:45pm. I never leave reviews but this experience was terrible. We have been ordering from here for years and have never had an issue but customer service was not a thing and they did not seem to care about the issue. I didn’t ask for a refund or any of that, I’m just upset. This will be the last time I order from this location.

First time ordering online because I didn’t want to go through the bs of going to someone who barely speaks English. Never again…took over 2 hours!!. Call in or order online should never take over 2 hours! You’re not that busy! Never order from them again. Do better PJ.

Slow. Pizza is never done in the time they say it will be. Very small parking lot and they can’t keep up with business. Delivery Driver was rude because we were in his unmarked parking spot all because I asked him if he needed me to move up a little so he can put pizza in the trunk of his car. So I guess it was fine I was there lol. He Barely spoke English.

Ordered pizza from PJ for the first time in many years. Ordered it well done with extra sauce just like I used to. It was absolute perfection! Cooked to perfection, perfect amount of sauce. Clean looking pizza and not thrown around. 10/10

Ordered the Shaq a Roni. Which is extra cheese and extra pepperoni. It showed up with zero pepperoni. Same order had a bacon cheese stick order and showed up looking ridiculous. Then I spend an hour trying to call back to get them to fix it to be placed on hold and hung up on multiple times. Only thing correct was the poppers and cheese cups.

We get pizza from Papa John’s ALL the time and I can’t complain pizza is always great…. We decided to get one late Sunday night and this pizza was the best one we’ve gotten so far!!! And the price was great also $10 what a nice late night treat for a low price!! Thanks guys!! can’t go wrong with a thin crust pepperoni!!

Was a recent one star reviewer a year ago. Not sure if there is better management or better staff, but we appreciated the hard work that went into making our pizza! My husband pointed out why there were 2 black olives on it. It was due to the pizza having half and half items on it. Never would I think that would be the reason. I understand and appreciate the care taken in the pizza as I’m not huge on meat and he is!

Ordered for pick up online thought it would save some time on waiting, got there and saw a kid with open sores on his hands and arms handling money and then without washing his hands or using and gloves started making pizzas, after telling us it would only take FIVE MORE MINUTES on our pizza, a manager started being really rude to some costumers at the front counter, saying she wasn’t informed of a specific pizza deal and slammed the phone on the counter in front of the customer. We then waited 20 more minutes until a delivery man walked in and actually helped us and was nice. We got home opened the pizza and the sauce cup was already opened.
