I placed an online order and when the order was delivered, the food looked bad. I took pictures of the food and called to speak with a manager. The manager on duty was EXTREMELY rude. Had an attitude the whole time and told me “what do you want it remade or do you want a free pizza next time you come in” I asked her if there was someone else I could speak with, as she was being rude she then told me she’s “never got a complaint for customer service oh well”then hung up on me. I called back and asked for the number to corporate or a email address for another manager she said I can’t give you the number to corporate. She said her boss said they can refund my order. I then asked if this was the manager who hung up on me and she said “yes and I told my manager I hung up on you”. Very disgusting

Ordered 1 pepperoni pizza, 1 order of cheesey bread, 1 order of boneless garlic parm wings, 2 order of chipotle honey wings…..
Initially I called this location at 10:11 and let the “order taker” know that my order online would not go through The worker there stated that the store would not honor online orders…
After getting home, realized the wings had bones in them when we ordered boneless wings…We tried to return the wings and swap them for boneless wings as there what our online AND phone order called for; and the only 2 very polite workers( young and female) states they were not able to fix our order because of how stressed and understaffed they were..
We were told we couldn’t have our order, because they were understaffed…
This location needs fixed and more legit workers!

App doesn’t work….. it won’t let you place an order no matter the payment option you use. Called in to place the exact same order and they wanted to charge me an extra $10. When I said something about the higher price he said ‘I don’t know what to tell you. There’s nothing I can do……. you still want the pizza?’ No effort to even check why the price was higher ♀️

Cashier said theres 10min wait taken for order to be taken. Then waited an hour for a small pizza and wings. The girl wasn’t in uniform and looks sloppy and dingy.

Order a pizza from there. It was terrible I think they made it with cardboard. Cheese was burned I wanted half pepperoni half cheese they gave me half pepperoni cheese, pepperoni ,then cheese again. And when tried it I couldn’t get a good bit cause it was tuff.. maybe they should get better cooks

I can honestly say this has to be the slowest and most unreliable Papa John’s I’ve ever been to. Expect to stand there and wait for a very long time while they stand around and talk and speak to you ignorantly. Half the time they don’t even acknowledge that you’re standing there.

Seems always something wrong… I’ve had pizzas dropped on front porch and ran with no notifications. At this point I go as far as a asking for an exclamation point next to the extra garlic sauce that never comes on my order. As usual no extra sauce needed for kids to eat dinner…always remember to charge me . The picture shown is the one dropped on the porch. Never a disappointment, always the same service. I wish my kids liked Chinese food!

The food wasn’t terrible (wasn’t great either) and I think my toddler could cut it better. Yes the picture is the way the pizza showed up to my house. Seems like they rushed to get it out and it’s to the detriment of the final product.

I received an incorrect order. The order I received wasn’t close to the amount I paid for my order. I called the store, the associate first told me I’m going to have to give her a minute then placed me on hold. When she came back to the phone she then told me I’ll have to wait until they slow down. I then asked her what am I supposed to do in the meantime, she hung up on me. When I called back she immediately placed me on hold. I asked for a refund she placed me on hold again. I asked for her name she placed me on hold and told me she had to talk to her GM. She then told me her name was Mackenzie. She told me I can expect my refund in 3-5 days but couldn’t provide proof that it’s been done. She told me her GM would take care of the problem. I asked for clarification she stated “I mean like if you call back”. Every time I order from this location I receive the worst customer service and experience.
