I have called multiple times for delivery over the corse of three months. Each time my address is not in the system and that I would need to contact corporate to have it added. Each time I did I was told that the owner/ management had to approve it and that corporate would return my call and address my complaint. After three months and multiple attempts, nothing has changed.

Called for delivery and an hour after my pizza was scheduled to be delivered i drove to get it my self. The supposed manager Paul. Was busy on his cellphone and was not very helpful after he ended his call to help. I asked for a refund and have not received it although Paul claims it has been refunded. Such horrible customer service!!!!!!

Tonight was the first time that I purchase a medium 3 topping pizza that was less than acceptable.

I wish I could give 0 stars. My pizza was literally still raw dough. I paid for extra cheese and got less than the standard amount. I also made a complaint using the emailed survey and info on the receipt and still have not gotten a response. Long story short, do not recommend…ZERO stars.

Can’t understand how someone who’s only job is to make pizzas and get the order right can’t do either. Called to make a change to my order, to remove a topping on one pizza, and instead they just didn’t make the pizza. The.. “robust” woman with black hair that works there was rude and argued with my about what I told her over the phone. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this was just such a simple order and a simple mistake that she took to the Nth degree and started an argument about. She was unprofessional, rude, and too round to be trusted working around pizzas all day.

Haven’t had them in a few years, forgot they can actually make a decent pizza. The guy who works there was awesome too. Found me a decent discount that I didn’t know about. Deserves a raise and or promotion for his customer service alone. Still a good place, got an XL New York pizza for ten bucks.

I order online, there is a choice option for regular extra cheese and extra extra cheese.. I have ordered all 3 regular cheese extra cheese and extra extra cheese and it’s always the same amount of cheese.. Why they so skimpy on the cheese.. more money going to waste.. I hate little Caesars but at least they give you cheese!
