Pizza is fine nearly every time, but why bother selling sauced chicken wings if you’re gonna empty half a packet of bbq sauce onto one wing? Look at the photos, one is from the website, the other is what I got. Why are they so stingy with the sauce? Is the economy that bad?

We decided to try a different pizza place so decided on papa John’s. Wish we didn’t took an hour and 40 mins to get food. Food was not worth the wait! My boneless bbq wings had barely any sauce on them. I understand being short staffed but you should at least let people know it’s going to be almost 2 hours before you get your food!

Papa John’s in Ravenna is always on point. I did a pickup order yesterday — it was ready fast, exactly right, and hot. Every time I get food here, it’s consistently good, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, it’s not in my nature. But my most recent trip to Papa John’s Pizza was severely disappointing. Where do I even begin. First of all, the guy taking my order clearly was barely paying attention, he had to ask multiple times about the simple things I had already said. Second of all, the staff took quite a long time and were not very busy. Third of all, once we did get our food it was disappointing compared to the quality I’m used to from Papa John’s Pizza. The garlic breadsticks were all over the place and some had barely anything on them and others were coated so much making them almost inedible. Additionally, I asked for ranch, which was not provided. Papa John would be ashamed. Goodnight.

Thought id try papa John’s again . It was pretty good years ago . Ordered pick up . Looked good , smelled good . Taste ? That was some seriously awful pizza . I had 2 pieces and couldn’t choke down anymore. Threw it in the trash ( large)

Ordered PapaJohns tonight usually its decent. It was not edible at all tonight. It was all but raw, doughy, topics raw, bland. Just awful. We couldnt even eat it had to pitch it. Willnot be ordering from this location ago. Waste of 40 bucks.

I know for a fact I ordered the special garlic sauce but I ended up with red sauce and I have breadsticks I can’t now eat because these breadsticks are dry as all get out with no sauce(allergic to red sauce) so I’m just going to throw them in the trash and no dinner tonight. Guess I should have checked before I pulled out of the parking lot.
