I ordered cheesy breadsticks and unfortunately there was hair baked into them, I contacted the store and the manager was so pleasant and apologized and corrected the issue, is sending a new order. She was seriously so sweet about it. We need more managers like her!!!

I just went to the store and I was very unhappy with the service to begin with. In the pictures you could see the wings looked very nice but when I received it it was very unpleasant. The veggie pizza was the same it had, like when you do things without caring for the customers. Not what I was expecting, if a manager or the owner reads this review you have the potential to improve the customer service and quality of your food. Please find attached some photos. Unfortunately, I’m not coming back.

Called because my order was wrong and I also had to pay over the phone with a credit card because they couldn’t take a $50 with my total being $40.. talked with the suppose to be GM named Kristi and when I said she was a real piece of work.. Major attitude problem.. tried to tell me that they didn’t make my papadia the way that I wanted it…. Pretty disappointed. The papadia looked good and I was excited to try it. Ours hardy had anything inside. The bread was extra hard on the outer part since the inside toppings were only in the middle. Very little meat and very small amount of onions and peppers. I also order the jalapeño popper rolls. Which you can see in the photo nothing was even in the center. Only like 3 in the box had filling inside and that was little to none. They were not good the were very dry.

I ordered the New York style pizza and a Buffalo chicken pizza. The New York style was a large burnt pizza and the buffalo chicken have had cheese and the other half did not. Very unhappy with this order.

We ordered meat lovers Pizza with added meatballs. Also it only came with meatballs on it. Our other Pizza was a deluxe and it only had a piece of pepperoni on each piece a few teeny pieces of mushrooms and onions no other items very very very disappointed will not order from here again it was about $60 for two pizzas and we are never ordering from Papa John’s again!!!

I don’t care what anybody says, this is a good place to order from. For the most part I’ve never had any issues with my food. Yes everybody makes mistakes but they’re quick to fix them. Their Pizza is decent and they have good specials. Quick with getting your food done. And I have not had an issue with them not following covid rules. The most perfect pizza. I asked for it to be well done and finally someone got it right.

If I could leave no stars I would. Placed my order at 7:15 my pizza didn’t arrive until 8:14….. Never received my order status updates and my confirmation email was vague I honestly thought I had been scammed for a while. When I called to see what was taking so long the phone connection was horrible and after telling me it’ll be on the there in a few minutes I was hung up on.
