Does this picture look like cheese or Tuscan 6 cheese? I’ve gotten Tuscan many times this is now the second time they are passing off a plain cheese for Tuscan 6 cheese completely unhappy the guy offered to remake it I declined make the order that people order very simple gonna be a while before I order here again

I have consistently had good Pizza from this location, and I am not afraid of writing a bad review if its merited.One thing I will say, I order from here because they use their “in house” drivers not doordash. One time I ordered earlier in the day and my pizza was delivered by doordash BAD experience ..I think the driver was smoking pot…..I canceled the order … never had this issue with the in house Papa John drivers …if anyone reads these reviews … PLEASE KEEP YOUR IN HOUSE DELIVERY DRIVERS ….

Ordered a large one topping carry out with original crust. I picked up my pizza and the crust was thin as hell. I’ve been eating Papa John’s pizza ever since they opened in Northeast Ohio because I love their doughy, thick crust. I asked the employee if they accidentally gave me thin crust because I specifically requested original crust. He said “that IS original crust.” I said “no, I’ve been eating Papa John’s since I was a little girl, that is NOT original crust.” Papa John’s must have gotten cheap. Cutting corners and charging the same price. Very disappointing. I’ll just go to Marco’s from now on since their crust still has substance, even if I am ordering the $10 takeout special. Haven’t been to papa John’s in years, I remember why. It’s just not good pizza. Closer to little Caesar or cafeteria pizza. Service was good, pizza not so much. Ordered extra cheese, if what I got was extra cheese I hate to see what they normally put on.

I am shocked to even have to write this. my family absolutely loves Papa John’s and we have ordered from this location frequently in the past 5 years. Today I placed an order for one large pizza with a delivery estimate of 37 minutes.. at 6:18, ingest a text saying it’s on the way. 6:50 rolls around and the tracker is saying delivered but I see no pizza. I get on the phone to call them and I was hung up on 3 times, placed on hold for 3 minutes another time, and finally reached someone after literally calling 11 times. I was informed that the driver was still in route and they are just too busy to stay caught up.
Pizza arrives at 7:10 and the quality seal is not even in place. it has cardboard on the adhesive.
I’m am BEYOND dissappointed.

The first pizza showed up stuck to the box. The second pizza showed up even worse So I drove to the store for the third pizza.

The pizza was not good. This pizza was made and probably canceled so they added the cheese after it was cooked I know because I used to make pizza. It was cold and not really cooked
