I previously had a poor delivery experience, HOWEVER, Kelly and her crew were EXTREMELY accommodating to my dad and myself (brain damage and cannot entirely function properly) when we went there for a pickup order. Not only did I put in the wrong date for my order and they made it on the spot, but they allowed me to stay there for two hours when my battery died and Kelly and her crew put in every effort to try to get me assistance and accommodate my father and myself. Let me use the bathroom and exhausted every resource they had at their disposal, including contacting NRPD (unable to serve anything but tickets it seems) and their personal contacts in order to help me get back on the road and get home and save me 2+ hours of walking to fetch my jumper cables. I cannot express my appreciation enough for the quality of food and the compassion, patience, and help that Kelly and her crew provided to me. As a customer service worker and altruist myself I simply cannot express my gratitude enough nor the hope and faith in humanity that their services reassured me of which seems to be fleeting in this bleak world. Words simply cannot express how appreciative I am of them going FAR beyond their job description to help not only a customer but a motorist in need. Thank you so, so much Kelly. So I had the absolute pleasure of placing a late evening order. I placed it online for delivery. The site had very accurate timing for delivery, the young delivery driver was swift and organized with a charming smile. My food was fresh and looked as appealing as it’s pictures. From start to finish this has been one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had with a restaurant/fast food in a very long time. I’d drive the hour from home just to have this experience again when I crave pizza.

Their pizza is phenomenal! It is the only pizza shop I order my pizza plain with extra sauce on the side. Their sauce can be eaten by itself…it’s that good! The employees are very friendly and upbeat. I can tell they enjoy their job and each other. It is my favorite pizza! Plus it’s always done on time too!

Their delivery driver in a blue Ford Focus with a license plate JTP 8521 flew out their parking lot nearly striking me and my pregnant wife’s vehicle I laid on the horn and their driver flipped me off so I called the store to file a complaint and apparently a manager is unreachable and the store worker hung up on me. Very unprofessional workers and business being ran in a nice area.

Terrible service and has been dinged by the Health Department on more then one occasion. If they mess up your Pizza, do not expect them to make it right. I was promised a call back from the owner (who I was told OWNS several other stores) never got the call back,(I guess he was to busy making money at his other locations) never offered to make their mistake right. I would NOT recommend… If you may be thinking this is one disgruntled customer ….just plug their store location into the health board and see the violations …you will think twice about ordering from them.
