I ordered a 10-inch pizza, and what they gave me wasn’t even close to 8 inches. I literally ruler measured it. Instead of fixing the problem, they treated me like an idiot. The staff knew exactly what I meant, yet still tried to fool me by pointing at the box and saying, “This is a 10-inch.” Come on. You could choose to be a good man, been honest. but you chose to treat your customers like this.

Called in a carryout order. Could barely understand the rep who took my order. To say the least my pie was made wrong ac was cold when I picked it up I called to notify the store about the order. After going back and forth with the person who made my pizza I decided to let it go even though he told me to bring it back and he’d remake it. After telling him not to worry about it (for fear that he’d just spit in it anyways) . The guy rudely just hung up on me . Terrible customer service. I will definitely spend my money on other places for now on. Terrible how one person can help ruin your business!

I love papa John’s really don’t have too many issues but why y’all sending out expired coupons, why the little light skinned girl always have an attitude (manager? I hope not). What I find to be so funny is that the coupons claim to be “expired” but the PROMO code that’s at the bottom still worksssss? HOW! Lol but yet they can’t take the coupon in store but still works online!

The customer service is beyond terrible. I arrived to pick up my pizza 3 minutes after it was ready. I ordered a SHAQARONI. The black girl with the poofy, multi-colored hair just looked at me and continued to make wings. The heavy set white girl made 4 pizzas before acknowledging me. I walked in at 9:26. I wasn’t handed my pizza until 9:54 and it was completely burnt. If they would have at least greeted me nicely, then I would have gone back in to show them, but they’re not the most approachable. I still wanted to leave my review, but I can’t eat this. I’ve given them 3 tries over the past 2 weeks and they just don’t care about service. 0/5 stars if I could.

I usually live this papa John’s location. But they have some rude chick working there now and I’m not really feeling it; which is why I gave 3 stars. I also gave 3 stars because the jalapeño poppers were mostly bread. I could’ve made this at home. All you did was take the cut up ones that go on pizza and roll them up. More filling would be better since the dough is HUGE. Pizza was great as always though. And thank you for the birthday cookie!!! That was a great touch to my meal and right on time. The cookie was AMAZING!!!
