Ordered for delivery to an apartment building. Pizza was left outside for anyone to grab, and we weren’t alerted to it being there. I don’t expect much from pizza delivery because I know it’s not easy work, but I’m definitely regretting such high percentage tip. Please, next time for the next customer, don’t just dump the food anywhere and let them know it’s been delivered.

Ordered one pizza and two cheesy breads at 6pm. They quoted 15 – 25 minutes. Food did not show up even after an hour. I called and they promised me a 25 minute remake and to give me a free brownie and 2 liter because they said they couldn’t get ahold of the driver. After 1 hour and 15 minutes total the driver shows up and had nothing to say about being late. Also, my promised remake or free items never came as well. Will not be ordering from the Euclid Ave. Location ever again!

Pizza is even hot and fresh via delivery. What I want to point out is their community involvement and sponsorship. Papa John’s (East Cleveland) provides pizzas to Empowerment Church every third Sunday. According to Tyisha Blade, The East Clevelander Magazine, Papa John’s also help other organizations throughout the community.

Horrible customer service. The manager on duty looked very unprofessional. His whole demeanor is unprofessional. I was there a few months back. I ordered delivery. When the pizza arrived a whole 3 hrs later I realized it wasn’t correct. I returned the pizza in person. The manager accused me of trying to throw the pizza at him. How? When there’s a glass partition. I called corporate and I was denied a refund. Terrible customer service. Never going back. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Great customer service!!! I brought a problem to Jose, the manager on duty. Before I could finish my sentence he was already working on a solution with an apologetic explanation. He personally made my pizza and I couldn’t be more happy with the quality and service!!

I was appalled by the service I received. My driver came to the door he was tipped after going to the vehicle for change. He informed me the owner was in once I shared with him the details of my pizza. Which was under cooked and very little sausage. I spent $22.00 to avoid a DUI. I also haven’t had Papajohns in over a decade. I contacted the owner he said he’d send another Pizza. It arrived in the corner of the box undercooked. I was mortified. I requested my money back and informed them I would not like another pizza this evening. I sent the owner a picture they did not care. I’ll be disputing this charge with Chase and will probably never see papa again
