We order pizza from this location almost every Friday. We always order the pizza well done. Tonight the pizza was not cooked fully and looked gross. We did call and got a refund, but the manager offered no apology.

I saw the recent reviews about the undercooked pizza and took it with a grain of salt, but did go ahead and order my pizza well done. Even with ordering it well done, it was soggy and undercooked. You are better off going to dominos across the street, they have been my go to but figured I would give Johns a try, and wish I didn’t.

We ordered a pepperoni pizza with stuffed crust and green peppers and it was under cooked so bad we had to throw it away because it was all doughy and literally raw. I tried calling the store but I went through 2 different people and sat on hold for 20 minutes! They wouldn’t put me through to the store that I had gotten the pizza from to even get a credit because our entire order was over $40 and we just wanted one free pizza because we couldn’t eat it smh.

I will never order from this location with horrible service again. I placed an order and called to ask for no Parmesan on my garlic bread and specified I still want garlic. When I went inside to pick it up, I wanted to double check and the employee said that he will put the sauce on the side. I asked him if he could put it on the bread like I requested and he said “I’m not going to put it on the bread.” If I wanted dry bread sticks I would have ordered that. If you want to deal with rude employees go visit them. If you want what you ask for I would go to a different location.

With the prices of food nowadays, it’s nice to still be able to get a good pizza and decent price. I picked up the I e topping New Yorker pizza for $10.99. The one topping we got was sausage and my biggest gripe was “where’s the beef?” Yikes ! Of course, it doesn’t ever look like the commercial but geez was pretty sad! I’ve always been a fan of Papa John’s and I hope it was a freak accident I got shorted on the toppings.

Decided to try papa John’s for the first time. The crust was flimsy and soggy. there was more cheese than crust! Barely any sauce at all. Hopefully in the future when I try again it’ll be better. I’ll give it another shot.. but tonight this was rough. Very rough

If I could give this story zero stars that what it will be . This store had a power outage . Didn’t tell me took my order never delivered my pizza .took 28.50 off 1 card then took 18.98 off my other card . Told me my money will be back in my card in 3 til 5 business days I still don’t got my money . I thought all calls are being recorded . I will never order from Papa John’s again . Now when I call the store y’all don’t wanna answer the phone . No empathy @ all .

Website shows open until 11. Ordered and PAID through DoorDash. Upon arrival at the store at 8:31 PM the doors were locked. There were employees inside cleaning, but nobody would look up to acknowledge myself and another customer knocking on the door away. There was no note on the door or anything else providing a reason for this, and it was clear that the kid (I say kid because a grown-up would have done the right thing and acknowledge their customers outside) intentionally ignored us. As somebody who operates a retail store, I find this completely unacceptable and I feel bad for the ownership who may not know this is going on. If they do know, then they can wonder why they won’t stay in business with all of the competition out there.

Service was excellent but Pizza was not okay. I ordered the new Large Stuffed Crust Pizza online for my family and I and I don’t know if it was the dough, crust, salsa, pepperoni or cheese but it tasted so bad. Maybe it was uncooked or the dough that they used was too old but the whole Pizza itself even the some of the crust with the cheese inside were awful. I don’t know if I would recommend anyone to buy here. Maybe it’s just the location because Papa’s Johns used to be so good before. This is my personal opinion. I would not recommend it.
