This is the first and last time I order from papa John’s. This is a joke. Pizza completely undercooked and the so called boneless wings are a few nuggets with a sprinkle of sauce. I mean it’s not hard to put the chicken nuggets in a bowl and shake it around in some sauce. Any 4 year old can do that much. I have never seen a pizza place with this poor quality In pizza and so called wings. Extremely disappointed as I wasted $45

Normally I’m not a fan of Papa John pizza. However, this location is exceptionally clean, easy to access and quite quick. They made my pizza super fast and with pretty much no ugly parts. If I want good pizza I will patronize a family restaurant 1st. But if I’m looking for quick and quantity I will definitely return.

I usually order from Marcos but had a coupon for LG Specialty for $12.99(3.99) service fee for delivery…never again. I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak pizza. It took 1hr 15m and was subpar. Crust was kinda old tasting and you could hardly see or taste the meat. Sauce was average at best.

Never use this store. Took 25 minute from the time the tracker said it was being delivered to actually get the order delivered. Called the store to talk to manager Carrie, who said the tracker wasn’t accurate and the pizza just left the store. Well by the looks of the pizza she is not telling the truth. It was barely warm. Tried calling back two times to ask for manager again and they hung up the phone without answering. I will be calling store tomorrow and ask for the owner.

Ordered two large pizzas and a 16 piece wing. One pepperoni and one sausage. Ordered the garlic crust with the sausage one. The pepperoni one had all the pep in the middle on top of each other. The sausage one barely had any sausage on it and it looked like someone dumped the garlic seasoning over the top of the entire pizza. Wings had barely any sauce on them, in fact it only looked like they put the wings in the box and put some sauce in the center. I guess it could have been worse, last order of wings had no sauce at all. Last chance from me

Ordered 2 large pizzas app said pizza was delivered at 7:06 I looked no pizza so I call I was informed the app was wrong and my pizzas were on their way. 30 minutes later still no pizzas I call again she says they are a couple minutes away another 25 minutes passed and still no pizzas. This is the second time this has happened to me this place needs to be shut down. The service and management is horrific. Please do not order from here.
