We ordered 3 pizzas, cheesy bread, and brownies. Everything was done very quickly. I received a text letting me the the pizza was finished. The pizza was made very well with a good amount of cheese and toppings. It’s a good Papa Johns.

Ordered 08/17/2023 under Chris. Associate offered us the spicy garlic stuffed crust. Many problems once we got home starting off with the pizza not even being cut, dough was COLD and not done and over all poorly tasting!!! Rudest manager, degrades employees in front of customers. Says all is for the ” culture” when letting go of employees and bringing in his culture who does not know the difference between some of the toppings. He feels that dressing new employees with all the papa John gear will make up for errors on orders and his rudeness.

Normally I’m not a fan of Papa John pizza. However, this location is exceptionally clean, easy to access and quite quick. They made my pizza super fast and with pretty much no ugly parts. If I want good pizza I will patronize a family restaurant 1st. But if I’m looking for quick and quantity I will definitely return.

Horrible experience while ordering for delivery. They take prices out of nowhere. My order was over $60 at first, after complaining that online says $40, the switch it to $40, I cancelled my order anyway and got same order for $34 at another location. Check price before calling them bit better get it at another location.

the Papa John’s on 8600 W Golf Rd Il, 60714 has by far the worst pizza. I’m not sure if it’s the employees attitude that contributes to it but 2 pizza and a litter of Pepsi was $51 dollars. I order a large cheese with extra cheese we’ll done and chessy bread sticks! when the pizza arrived I noticed the large cheese pizza had more sauce then cheese! usually I wouldnt of minded but because the price was so expensive I called to say something! when I finally spoke to the manager all he did was yell and talk over me saying he put extra cheese on both pizza’s when he clearly did not and seeing how the pizza was soggy it clearly wasn’t we’ll done either. when I asked for a refund he said absolutely not all while yelling. at me, finally when he allowed me to speak I suggested that maybe they could exchange the large extra cheese well done and finally agreed and told me that it would be delivered within 90-120min now keep in mind the time was 1030pm and they close at 12 so I agreed, he then proceeded to ask me to leave it on the porch and that the driver would just exchange it! we’ll 1230am came around and no pizza so my family and I not only had our time wasted but we also lost 50$ on food we never ate. so I just wanted to thank Papa John for highering such lovely and polite people! personally I will never order from this location again and I hope anyone who reads this review will do the same! so thanks again for wasting my money and my time Papa John
