I love papa johns…. I go here at least once a week, the quality depends on who is working – i notice the best quality from the taller guy (he made my pizza the correct way with cheeze over the toppings)…my order is always marked as ready for pick up at least 5 minutes before its ready.
Today my pizza looked pretty rough, but I think there is a new employee being trained… also, the peppers are WAY hotter than theyre supposed to be, but i like them anyways.

So the specialty pizza wasn’t special at all, hardly any toppings on it. Got the Italian one. Seemed like wasn’t much cheese on pizza or cheese bread. Sorry I wouldn’t recommend this place, save your money, little Caesars pizza is better and actually has cheese on it.. so in the years I have not been there, it still hasn’t changed.

I used to LOVE your pizza, I just had one and the crust and sauce are still great but the pepperoni is so thin I couldn’t taste it at all, the same for the green peppers I can see them but can’t taste them because they are so thin and the mushrooms I can’t even see or taste so they must be cut so small. You just lost a customer!! To top it off I ordered online and it said it would send me an email as to when my pizza would be done and they never did send it I had to call the store to find out

I ordered through the Papa John’s app. The doordasher didn’t bring half of my order. When I mentioned that to her she said there’s nothing she could do. I called the store and they told me that they will send someone out right away with the rest of my order. 1 hour later I called back to see where the driver was. Lindsay (manager) told me that they were still waiting for a dashers and all she could do was cancel it. She was very rude and unprofessional, at one point she said it’s only been 55 minutes. I will never order from here again.

Shockingly poor service. The employees were very rude and disrespectful. The food was made sloppy and none of the employees were wearing gloves or hats.. I DO NOT recommend you get a pizza from this unsanitary, disgusting establishment. Marco’s Pizza is where you want to eat at!

Called the establishment to explain. The CHEESE situation on my CHEESE bread and was given the explanation of, “the cheese is under the doe because of how the butter cooked?? I would love to hear that process. Apparently, my next one will be on the house because they use Door Dash as their delivery services, so tonight I have to take what I can get. That should be there new tag line. Papa John’s, where you take what you can get.At least then people won’t think they’ll get what they pay for.

This location used to be great. It’s the only Papa John’s close enough to deliver to my house so I have bit my tongue and stuck with it. The last few orders have been horrid and I’m not sure I’ll order here again. My pizza arrives cold and the last time it looked like the driver played frisbee with the pizza box, as you can see.

Thought I’d give it a try and it was AWFUL!
The one star is only because the manager and young lady were nice, but I DO NOT recommend Papa Johns. Pizza was not done and the cheese and toppings just slid off the dough. She offered to remake it and I reluctantly agreed. The second pizza was SLIGHTLY better presented but it tasted horrible! It was not done and not prepared as I ordered. Worst pizza experience hands down! Also, better training is needed on cash paying customers. These young people are so accustomed to swiping, they can’t mentally compute and process cash orders properly. I’m sorely disappointed and completely wasted my money. Their slogan is “Better ingredients. Better Pizza”….absolutely not true.

I called as I was concerned my order was incorrect. She said there was nothing she could do because thats what the online order said. However, her customer service was lacking and when I told her that she hung up on me. Not the way to deal with your unhappy customers. Wont go there again
