I ordered a pizza at 3:39 to be delivered at 7:45. At 8:00, I called them to find out where my pizza was. Pressed 2 and said it was out for delivery and it would be delivered by 7:55. So I called back and hit 5 to talk to someone. I was told that the pizza hasn’t been made yet and would be an hour. I promptly canceled the order.

Attempted to order from here (on Doordash) on Valentine’s Day. Waited on my food… And waited… And waited some more… Close to 2 1/2 hours of waiting. THREE different dashers sat at this location waiting for my order to be completed. At one point the third dasher told me I oughta cancel my order because they were 12 pizzas behind my order… Mind you I ordered over 150 minutes ago. I understand, Valentine’s Day is a busy day at pizza places, but if they are 12 pizzas behind mine, as I’m waiting for 2 1/2 hours, you’d think they’d staff more workers to fulfill orders quicker… 1 star for the time wasted.

This is my second review of the worst pizza I ever had! Can’t give it no stars!! We ordered the new garlic stuffed crust they keep promoting on tv. The crust is so flimsy you can’t even hold the slice to eat it. Toppings just fall off plus ordered extra cheese and I’m pretty sure it was left off. $18 down the drain. Very unhappy and will never order from papa johns again.

Will never be back. Worst customer service I have ever seen and I work in the service industry so I see a lot lol. I received a coupon for a free pizza so I ordered that and a garlic knot. Got there after 30 min and was told my order would be up in 5 min. The entire 5 min was filled with this rude lady screaming a cussing about how she was going to walk out. After anout 10 min a nice driver showed up and it was sitting there the whole time. He went to cash me out and the lady throwing a tantrum said she couldn’t take my card because it’s online only, meanwhile the card says redeem in store on it…. horrendous. I wouldn’t be too worried if she does walk out. Don’t need attitudes like that. I paid for the garlic knot and they through out my pizza so now they have to make another one through an online order for no reason.

This location used to be great. It’s the only Papa John’s close enough to deliver to my house so I have bit my tongue and stuck with it. The last few orders have been horrid and I’m not sure I’ll order here again. My pizza arrives cold and the last time it looked like the driver played frisbee with the pizza box, as you can see.

Nice staff though pizza was cold and had been sitting out under the warmer. Disappointed they wouldn’t honor coupon that was VALID from school fundraiser. They simply said “sorry, we don’t take that coupon” and their specific location address was listed on the coupon. We won’t go back to this company.

Papa John’s is so good that we drive 30 minutes from Michigan to go to this Ohio location. It’s the best kind of comfort pizza ever! Their dough tastes the best and the brownies are always a treat. Get one for each of you. You won’t be disappointed.
