I’m not sure how having a child running around the “Kitchen ” area makes sense. I witnessed this kid holding pizza dough two different times. One of those times he dropped the dough on the floor and was told by the guy in the picture to put it on the table. So one of you out there ate a pizza that was on the dirty floor at one time. Who knows what they do when a customer isn’t standing there watching? This experience was awful. Hopefully, the right person sees this and puts a stop to them allowing a child in there playing with customers food.

Papa John’s pizza is always good. I was surprised today that I placed my online order, then drive to the location and my pizza had not been started. Not a big deal as I wasn’t in a hurry and my pizza was still piping hot when I got home, but it made me wonder about the amount of people in the workforce today and the hurdles and obstacles of the service industry.

I ordered two papadias with my order. And this how they make them? No toppings? Oh wait one piece of chicken on the one half on one and then the other has toppings on one side only. The business must not want to put any toppings on anything. Horrible quality this time. Not to mention the door says face coverings required to enter but all employees working had NO face coverings on. Seems they really care at papa John’s in Defiance.

Ordered a supreme pizza. I’m pretty sure that I see one slice has no toppings on it. Not to mention it was hard to get waited on in the place to pick it up because people think they can cut in line.
