I’ve ordered here at least 15 times in the past year. They have really good deals on par with Dominos. My order is always ready in 15-20 minutes. Comes out fresh and delicious every time. Workers are always nice! Love having Papa Johns back in Fremont!!

Super slow service and disorganized employees. While we waited almost an hour for a carry out order that was promised in 15-25 minutes…they only had two girls working who were talking to each other complaining about their manager not having enough people scheduled. They had called in a third and when she arrived she set her phone and keys on the prep counter and started getting pizzas out of the oven. Never put a hat on, never washed her hands. Quality of ingredients is also not a normal Papa John’s taste. Seems like a super cheaply run franchise location. This is what paying for “extra toppings” gets you.

We placed a $70 order for a birthday party and the pizza never arrived. After calling twice, the store said it was not their fault because Door Dash picked it up. They made no effort to make it right. Don’t waste your money here, there are many other options who value your business.

Hi, I ordered a large pizza at about 11:05am today and set a delivery time as 12:15.
First … there was not any mention that this would be delivered by door dash … second we never got the pizza until almost 1pm!
Third … our driver held ours until another order was complete before they delivered ours. Fourth … the cheese in the crust was firm (most likely because it sat )..fifth … pepperoni and mushroom was sparse and difficult see or taste… I am very disappointed to say the least!

Please stop marking pizzas as ready on the app when they aren’t actually ready. This has now happened multiple times in this location.

Glad to have Papa J’s back in Fremont. Order was ready in 15 minutes. Lobby way packed while picking up but had quick and friendly service. Pizza and breadsticks were hot and delicious!

I wish I could leave a zero review. No where on the site does it say they deliever via Uber eats. Scheduled a deliever for 17:15 (5:15), and it did not get here until 18:30ish (6:30). I had three hangry kids waiting for dinner. I was on the phone for over 40 minutes. In that time, I was able to order Dominos. While on the phone. I ordered, and it was delivered, in the time it took for me to even talk to somebody.
When the Uber eats arrived, it was cold. I had to refuse the order. When I finally talked to someone, it was constant deflection. No ownership of the situation. Provided a partial refund, and hung up on me. If I could give a zero star I would.
I literally do not leave reviews. I never take the situation out on people on the phone. However, the rudeness from this entire company, from the people taking the order, too waiting over 40 minutes, and the fact the person who answered the phone finally blaming “corporate” who she works for, describes this company to a T.
Do not order from here. It is that bad.
For the record, dominos forgot part of my order, offered to run it out to me at that moment. Although I declined, just wanted them to add it to my next order, I appreciated the sense of urgency and ownership. Apology, and willing to fix the problem. I did not want anything free. Papa John’s couldn’t even pick up the phone. If it takes over 40 minutes to pick up, because they circulate you to corporate, it shows you how much they mess up, and how little they actually care.

Worst pizza I ever had!! Claimed they had 50 percent off toppings. Will there was only toppings on 20 percent of the pizza!!! Iv had gas station pizza that was 10 times better!! Don’t waste your money!!!!

It’s either bad management or workers who need replaced but it’s ridiculous how late deliveries are. Food is good but delivery service is the worst. Unlikely to order from here again.

Let me start this by saying this is opening weekend….
I understand they’re busy, I had no issues with the fact it took 90+ minutes to get our pizza after placing our order online, people were standing in the store 4 deep. However, my problem came with the manager who while hanging us an incomplete/incorrect order said “I make pizzas not mistakes”
If you’re going to be cocky, be correct, otherwise you just sound arrogant and look dumb.
Overall, the food was fine, not extraordinary not terrible.
I just hope in the coming weeks owners, cooperate, higher ups can get this mans attitude in check before he drives people away.
