My husband and I have been ordering food from this place for awhile. We live out in the country part of Groveport, and our neighbors property is the cut off. They have made an exception for us and have delivered to us with no problem. We absolutely love the staff at this location. Angel and Miguel has been the best supervisors here. Always so kind and never rushing us off the phone even on their busiest nights. We never feel rushed and we feel like we’ve known them and their staff forever!! Even the drivers that come out to us, are ALWAYS so kind. My husband is very picky with his food and I can be at times! This staff here has never gave us a hard time, and has never treated us different for being a same sex couple. Whenever we call, we are always greeted with a warm welcome, just as if we were calling a family member. We absolutely love the staff over at this location. A HUGE shoutout to Angel (who is such an Angel) and Miguel who we’ve talked to the most on the phones, for always being so kind and not getting frustrated with us when we are indecisive. In this Picture below you have our stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni, we have our chicken Parm bites, and we have my favorite wings as well. Thank you all so much for being so amazing. – You all have an amazing crew over there and we appreciate you all so much!

Ive ordered from this location a lot. I live in a nearby neighborhood. The food has always been ready in a timely manner or delivered promptly. Always hot and the taste is consistent. Most resturants on s hamilton suck. This is one of the few good ones imo.

After a disappointing experience at another location, we decided to give Papa John’s another try at this location because we really wanted to taste the new pan pizza — and we’re so glad we did.
The pizza was everything we hoped for, especially for the price. Fresh, hot, and exactly as advertised.
When my husband walked in, he was immediately greeted and told the pizza had just come out of the oven. The team thanked him for coming in and wished him a good night. He said the experience was truly night and day compared to other experiences we’ve had.
Shout-out to the managers for building such an awesome team. Kudos to everyone at this location for great service and a fantastic pizza experience!

Cashier stated he was the Mgr. Rang up food without asking what toppings I wanted. Assumed I wanted pepperoni when asked to rering the order correctly he stated it would not change my total. Told him I needed the receipt accurately for business purposes he was displeased and wanted to go bk and forth and stated he was not giving me a reaction. Finally got the correct receipt after multiple tries. Made food with no gloves and didn’t wash hands. Sat on floor playing on the phone then went outside when I waited for my food until I left. Not an avid shopper of Papa John’s and will not be back. Thank you for one and done.

As much as I enjoy the pizza, god! Had me waiting 20+ minutes for my order after preordering before arriving as up to 5 people got their order before me. Even the app and email said ready 20 minutes before arrival and I was still waiting uncomfortably as they ignored and frowned at me. If you have time to waste then by all means go here but if you are like and don’t like rude people don’t go.

I ordered 3 pizzas and one of them wasn’t fresh. I had just had an incident where they delivered the pizza to my house and they weren’t mine so I called them to come get them. My kids thought they were for them and touch them. They came and picked them up and so I ordered my kids one of the same pizzas with the 4 dipping sauces. Please tell me why when I picked my order up, that pizzas was the only one that wasn’t fresh!? It was late, I was tired from working a 10 hour shift so I didn’t think it would be a big deal to return it the next day. Man, the way this so called store manager was talking to me, she immediately became defensive, which immediately made me mad saying “I was here all night we make everything fresh” after a while, it was more about how she was talking to me. She definitely wasn’t professional, not understanding and didn’t care that I wasted $13.99. Didn’t even say “well I can remake this for you right now” or nothing! She really talked to me like my money spent didn’t matter. 25% off that WILL NOT BE USING, I will not spend another dime with this place.

I will never order from this store again. Not only did I receive two pizzas that my family will not eat but I was only offered a credit for one. One of my pizza had hair baked into it, which I have pictures of and the other had rotten chicken on it. Which is could share the photos om here. GM Angel was absolutely no help and rude.

The staff done did it again! Make our food Exactly How our picky cells like them. Angel took the order, never once rushed us! She also confirmed the order! I know that her and Miguel were making our orders, and our delivery driver, which is always the sweetest was Tabitha!

We have never… NEVER, had a food establishment that would EVER TAKE the time with us while ordering and always make our food on point! We cannot thank the staff enough for being patient with us while we are trying to decide and always making the exception on our food because we’re extremely picky. We have never had to wait long to receive our food! This team at this location is absolutely phenomenal! We appreciate y’all so much and we really want y’all to know that!! Thank you! – For the people that want to call in and be nasty to these amazing people… order else where! These are human beings blaming your order how you tell them too! To read the comments about the workers that we know, is insane and sickening to hear the nasty remarks! These people that get on here and bash this staff, is just miserable inside!! Because they would do anything you want. However,’it’s not a local food pantry. It sounds like the people that complain about these people that are so amazing, just want free food! If it was that easy, we all would be a happy! But this team works so hard to make sure you all get what you want! Enough already about the negative comments about these nice and sweet people! – Thank you to this team for being so amazing!! Please dont pay no attention to these negative freeloaders.
