This was supposed to be a chicken & bacon with white sauce. You can see it on the tag. This pizza has chicken, sausage, and red sauce. It’s not even close.
It was really difficult to get on touch with them to try and get the issue resolved.

I immediately noticed Delivery driver dropped off somebody else’s order, but she was already pulling away. I tried to quickly solve a simple problem rather than just complain, so called papa John’s to ask them to see if they could call her really quickly to ask her to turn around and give me the correct pizza. They said no they can’t because they use door dash. I asked why can’t they get the phone numbers of their door dash drivers. He said well, he probably could, but we’re busy tonight with orders, so I’m he couldn’t. They supposedly put the order back in for us, and the order never showed up. A system needs to exist where they can see what driver (and contact number) has whose order so they can be held accountable for stealing a pizza, and won’t use them next time. We called to let them know and he said “we’ll reimburse you just in case they don’t show up”. I see no reason why they can’t look into the person who stole my order rather than “well it’s on door dash, maybe complain to door dash”. I suspect the manager just never put the order back in and blamed it on the driver, though.

I recently ordered a pizza and was very impressed! The pizza was truly delicious — the crust was soft, the toppings were fresh and flavorful, and everything was made with care. I’d also like to highlight the staff — very attentive and considerate, they take all customer preferences into account, even the smallest details. You can really feel that they value their customers and strive to provide top-quality service. This has definitely become one of my favorite places, and I’ll be coming back for sure!

I walk in. Its midnight. There’s a little toddler IN THE KITCHEN. I get my pizza. There’s a dirty box of anchovies on top of my food. I have to put the toppings on myself.

Food showed up cold and they used doordash to deliver it.when you call to talk to the manager they won’t answer the phone. We ordered our pizza at 4:54 they said it would be here at 5:30. It showed up at 6. The delivery guy made 3 stops before getting to us.

I am very frustrated. I placed an order online for pickup at a specific time in the day. When I got the email it said they were making it right then which is not what I asked for. I immediately tried calling them to change it, but was on hold for 20 minutes and no one ever answered. So the only way I can change my order I wasn’t even able to do because no one was picking up the phone. Don’t order from this location.

I’ve always had an awesome experience every time with this Papa John’s. This specific location is timely and consistent with their pizza. I know, because I worked temporarily in Cali. And I ordered the same kind of pizza from Papa out there and it was absolutely disgusting.
You won’t get that here. This is a well run location with consistently yummy pizza and the delivery staff is always friendly.
