NEVER order from here. Where do I start. Diane, I assume the manager, came in from being out in the car and just started making other people’s pizza without even washing her hands, nasty and a huge health issue. The young lady taking orders started talking badly about this same woman has ordered the last 4 days in a row and the lady was standing right there waiting for her order. The gentleman who puts the toppings on is very slow doing one piece at a time. The order was 20 mins late and we picked it up. We ordered the new dippers and the taste and look nothing like they should, barely any pepperoni or cheese and the dough was raw. I will NEVER order from this place again it is now a health issues and should be shut down.

The pizza arrived and when I opened it it was very sloppy. Uncut evenly and cold I had to reheat it once it got here. Doesn’t look like a New York style crust either. They’ve done better before that’s I why ordered again. But they always seemed short staff so maybe that’s why it was sloppy and rushed.

Very disappointing food quality and care.
I have unfortunately had many problems with this location, the most recent being a disheveled pizza and a pizza with a large fly inside it. Mutliple attempts to resolve this issue via corporate have been unsuccessful despite asking the store to contact either the store owner or regional manager. How long did this sit? I was there within 10 mins. I live 1 mile away.
This was not our’s. We did not order thin crust and this was sitting a while. Look at the cardboard soaked through with grease.
The slices were so limp… we used paper towels to press on it. So much grease.
What is in this pizza? VALVOLINE???
LAST TRY PJs. We are calling JETS right down the street. Last count, there are like 15 pizza places within 3 miles. And if I wanted OIL I would have gone to Autozone across the street.

Unfortunately there is no negative ratings than 1 star so that’s the least possible for this store. The pizza was the worst we’ve ever had. We called the store to share our feedback, but they replied that their pizzas are always made like that (burnt always? ). We have had same combination in other papa John’s pizzas and were always happy. Unfortunately their product was not made good and when contacted their attitude was even worse than their pizza. Disconnected while talking.

Pizza was half baked, barely any toppings, one pizza had a giant bubble in the middle 50% of the pizza and all the pizza dough were unleavened bread dough which the employee admitted when I returned my pizza. This is the 3rd time in a row the pizza had issues but it was never this bad. When I tried talking to the manager she denied that she was the manager and said it was the girl at the front desk and she got into her car and shut the door.

The order is wrong…AGAIN. I ordered NY style crust, got THIN crust again. Why offer options if your staff makes whatever?
We don’t think this was our pizza. It was done too fast and the app has little symbols, ordered, baking, preparing, ready. This pizza was sitting quite a while to get this soggy with grease yet it was ready in less than 15 minutes? We think they grabbed the wrong label or box, again.
Have you ever seen this much grease in my life? Picked up the first slice, completely wet and limp with grease. What are you using causing this? The wrong cheese?
One puddle, I can see my reflection in the grease.
This location has had problems for some time now. Fix it…or close it. This is ridiculous. There are 10 choices of pizza places within 3-4 miles of us.
This is the LAST time we do Papa John’s at this very convenient location. You lost loyal customers coming there for 25 years.

Walked in to pick up an order on a Friday night at 530. Only two colleagues were working, found out all others quit or called off. These two ladies handled their business, were kind, and hustled like no other. They saved my kids pizza night and did it with a smile. Normally when I stop in there are 5-7 colleagues working just to give an idea of how short they were. They are appreciated!!!

I just want to give a shout out to Diane. I ordered a pizza and made a mistake on the toppings which was my fault. Diana quickly corrected the order and had a great attitude and even brung the order to my car. Exceptional customer service and I thank you for being so polite and understanding. Thank you. I will come back to this location just because of her!
