I’ve ordered from this Papa John’s store for years and it never disappoints! Thought I’d share my good experience with them because I got a piping hot wonderful new pepperoni pan pizza last night and it was really tasty! The price is great and it’s always delivered quickly and by a friendly person which is also always appreciated. Just made a visit with my mom all the more enjoyable we both are looking forward to heating up leftovers today for lunch too. Thumbs up on the new pan pizza tho. Thanks South State St Westerville Papa John’s for always delivering excellent pies.

We like Papa John’s, they have decent pizza for a chain. We try to get pizza on Friday nights, when we can afford it. But this past Friday, we ordered online and followed the directions on the app, they said it was ready at 7pm. We stood around for over an hour. To boot, they didn’t make what we ordered. They did “try” to help out with a free 2 liter, but man, I WAS NOT IMPRESSED. Usually we have great service and food. If it was Chick-fil-A they would make it right and go above and beyond.

Late night staff sucks I see. If I order a Postmates order and the store closes i expect the store to cancel the order and void it so i can’t get my money back. Also keeping the order open is allowing delivery drivers to get driving out that way. The late night staff is still there because they told the delivery drivers they were closed. So the store should cancel the order. This papa John will not receive any business from me again. Have the night y’all deserve.

After an order was delivered with no doorbell ring, no knock, no text, no paa tracker update, we of course got cold pizza. When we called the staff was completely unapologetic, when I talked to a manager she yelled at me and wouldn’t let me even speak for 30 seconds straight so I put her on speaker for my husband and teen to hear. It wasn’t normal yelling, my teen said she totally “crashed out” – it was a disturbing and completely meltdown that left me shaken as a customer. I think her name was Jennifer- this manager should be fired in am instant after how she treated us.

Ordered delivery today at 1:00 pm. Our pizza was delivered to our door with the box open and maggots in it. Will never order from here again. I’m calling the health department tomorrow…….Posted this 2 months ago but no one from management acknowledged their bad food service. I guess this location doesn’t care.

Shout out to Jennifer-she was super nice-smiled and was very pleasant. As soon as I came in she stopped what she was doing to help me. Pizza was made correctly and wasn’t skimpy on the toppings-tasted awesome too. Jennifer absolutely made my day better-kudos to her please!

My 5 stars for my service and food goes out to Liz! Liz was amazing! My online order was cancelled from a general manager and I have no reason to explain why! I went to pickup my order after work and Liz went above and beyond and made my order and had it ready in 15 minutes! The general manager should be explaining why my order was cancelled!
