I felt the need to leave a nice review. My pizza has been delicious and consistent nearly every time I order. It’s what I expect from Papa Johns. Idk if you guys got some new employees/management, but there has been improvement in the presentation and quality. I always order online, they have good deals, and I use their tracker. It’s also ready really fast! I previously ordered the calzone crust, and I think it’s been my favorite order yet. You guys are doing a great job, keep up the good work.

Semi trucked was allowed to be parked in the drive thru only lane so I couldn’t get my pizza. The manager and driver seen me there waiting and they decided to unload the truck there instead of In front of the door!! Never picked the phone as I tried to call for 40 minutes! Finally when I got home with other food someone picked up. Manager Jeff said I could just walk in when I called. I informed him of my injury and why I ordered there since it has a …. drive thru window…. Sounded like he could care less. Contacted corporate and never got a response. Lost a 5 star review and nows its 1 cause you can’t do zero. Will never order from this location again. Maybe the entire franchise now since corporate doesn’t care either.

When we order a delivery for pizza, what we expect is it to be atleast little warm than if we would have choose carry out

What is this though..I asked for a pepperoni and green pepper pizza and this is what we received. Just laziness. The employee working when I came in the store was too busy chugging her sprite to remember that I had ordered Sierra mist as well. Also, was not masked when she came to pick up, and hand me my order. Seemed to be the only one working and the store was dead. But I guess there were more important things to do than the one and only thing she was responsible for. Hopefully the rest of the employees at this store are a bit more motivated. Doubt I will return.

When I came in there was a girl with glasses black hair tattoos she looked older, but just because of her I will not be getting my pizza from papa John’s agin the way she acts talks and she was yells because they looked kinda busy is unacceptable I can’t believe you guys would let a person like that work in food and customer service she is rude to customers and clearly people she works with people like her disgust me someone hire up needs to fire her immediately this is the third time I have came in to her cussing while I have my child with me I was going to let it go but on the third time I couldn’t and I will not be back papa Johns you have lost a customer because of your poor choice of staff everyone else did there job and acted how they should so props to them but that women needs to go I can’t believe someone would even hire her.

They only get one star because there is no option for a zero. I ordered online. Pizza arrived sooner than expected. Sadly, the order included a vegetarian pizza and garlic knots. What we received was a pepperoni pizza with cinnamon buns on the side. When we called they actually accused us of ordering from the wrong franchise. We double checked. Nope. We ordered correctly. Ultimately they offered to send the correct order but is now more than an hour late.
To be honest, the pizza, even when delivered correctly is average or less than that at best.
