I have given this location too many chances. You order extra cheese, you get less than a normal amount. The consistency and quality is lacking. You can go to any other location and the pizza is made correct. I order well done, on a slow day, and they never do it. Tonight I ordered a Shaw-o-roni. You can see in the image, there are pieces of pizza with almost no cheese on it. The price for this pizza, you think they would get it right, I would have been better off ordering a normal large pep pizza. I would defiantly recommend driving to the sawmill road location. This is not the first time this location shorts you on the cheese, let alone their crust is beyond flat and not fluffy like other locations. This store differently needs corporate chefs to come correct their issues.

On 10/2 2025 I ordered the honey chipotle boneless wings and a cheese pizza with extra cheese and extra sauce. The wings didn’t have the correct amount of sauce on them. Multiple winds had no sauce at all. The pizza had multiple spots of missing cheese/ingredients and seemingly less sauce than what would have come on it normally. Love having a pizza that had giant air pockets of dough on it. Thanks for ruining my meal for no reason at all. The guy working was clearly going out of his way to do this.

The Muirfield location of Papa John’s has always been incredibly careful and helpful when ordering pizza for my daughter with multiple food allergies. We ordered this evening and Cody took my order over the phone. When I picked up he assured me that the space and cutter was clean when preparing our dairy allergy pizza. We appreciate this location allowing our family to have fun and safe pizza Friday nights!

Usually this location is pretty good some issues here and there but nothing too bad that hasn’t been fixed but I have had a issue with my recent order (it’s been weeks now) and because it hasn’t been address or rectified I am giving them this review. I ordered cheese sticks and there was pretty much no cheese on them and when I tried to reach out to customer service online and I got no responses, twice. I ordered later in the night so didn’t call and I hate calling so I decided to just contact them online but no one has gotten back to me and this is the second place that has messed up my order and I am so tired of it.

Tried to order pizza for our babysitter while my wife and I were on a date night. An hour after it was supposed to be delivered, tried calling for a status update and they kept putting me on hold. Was never able to speak to anybody and pizza was never delivered.

Would rate there food never got it, they told me door dash was to bring our order to the office, never got it. Door Dash is horrible working with Papa John’s.. The manager on duty did refund my money, but a lot of starving people for a big meeting.

Received something other than what I ordered (Delivery) I posed the issue with their main contact form- was asked to call the store- did that – no answer- let the main contact folks know that I had tried –
Their suggestion? Try again- because it’s my responsibility to chase down a business that collect my $ and provided something other than what I ordered? (see image below of a well done pizza slice- it’s barely cooked) There are better, more customer centered pizza places- try those instead
