It used to be good. We get the original crust. The original crust has gotten so thin in the middle that it’s almost non existent. It’s just a floppy mess of sauce. There’s no bite to it. Paper thin bread towards the middle of the pizza. We ordered thin crust to accommodate a guest and you couldn’t tell a difference besides the outer crust. What a let down.

Very bad customer service and rude manager. The manager argued with me after she made the mistake and charged my card twice. Then she walked away and proceeded to talk negatively about me right infront of me to another employee. Very unprofessional. Will not go back!

Pizza ingredients are pretty good, but the pizza itself was way under baked for me. Not that it was doughy, but I cooked the thin crust was floppy and I cooked the original crust in my over for 8 more minutes at 400 degrees and it was still soft. Not my cup of tea

Never a bad experience. As recently as yesterday we placed an order for delivery. It arrived faster than expected. Hot, cheesy, meaty & garlicky goodness. The driver was friendly. Papa John’s is our favorite of all local pizza chains.

My family and I ordered delivery from this establishment every so often and it is great quality food from the pizza to there sandwiches and everything in between. Their prices might be a bit high but their food is less greasy than their competitors. Their people are respectful, really precisistant to getting the order right, and very well mannered at the door. Ordered the papadia and was very disappointed! They were only folded ¼ fold and toppings were all over the box. Also ordered the garlic knots, had to put them back in the oven to finish cooking them cause they were still doughy! Have always enjoyed Papa John’s until our experience last night!! My husband is sick from eating have cooked food and I want my money back!
