Ordered cheese pizza extra cheese and cheese sticks extra cheese and garlic knots. Pizza was ok to me the family said the pizza was good to them. But it was not cut very well. Cheese sticks was really good but had bubbles so there was probably about 3 to 5 pieces with no cheese . But I did not complain. I would go back. not a big fan of there pizza but I love there cheese sticks and garlic knots usually.

I recently had a terrible experience with Papa John’s, from the initial phone call to the final, disappointing pizza. We tried to order our usual pizza combo—something we get all the time at Domino’s—but the phone service was incredibly rude. The employee seemed annoyed and unhelpful, making the whole process frustrating.
When the pizza arrived, it was an absolute mess. It was completely soggy and undercooked, more like soup on a crust than a pizza. When I called to complain, they blamed our pizza topping choices, which was ridiculous since we order the same thing from competitors without any issues. They agreed to remake it, but the second pizza was just as bad. It was still a soggy, unappetizing mess.

I order from here all the time. I work next door. The pizza is always good. Tonight I tried to use my phone to order delivery from home. Because I’m dumb, I never switch from delivery to pick up. Again, I was dumb. However, I called the store, and they took care of me professionally and quickly. Thank you team. I appreciate you and your patience after the long awful day I had.

Had a wonderful lady named Regina that delivered my food! She got a little lost delivering my order but didn’t give up on delivering it to me! Food was here faster than expected. Food was still hot and fresh thanks to Regina!

Consistently late (well over an hour) and never follows the additional instructions for your pizza, so don’t bother leaving any.
Cheese on only half the pizza. Very little sauce on the wings. Asked for extra well done. Since they continue to not read notes, we have to cook it ourselves.

This has been my favorite papa John’s since I was a kid. I miss when they had indoor seating next door but they always go above and beyond when I ask for extra sauce and cheese.
Every other papa John’s I have been to is stingy with their ingredients.
This papa John’s makes the best I’ve ever had from the chain itself.
