Ordered for pickup, and honestly, I’ve never felt so powerful. I walked in, gave my name, and boom—they handed me a pizza like I was receiving an award for Outstanding Achievement in Hunger.
The box was warm, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the aroma hit me so hard I almost forgot to walk back to my car. The whole process took about 12 seconds, which is faster than I can decide what to watch on Netflix.
The staff had everything ready, labeled, and looking like they genuinely wanted me to succeed in life. And the garlic sauce? Still the nectar of the gods—even in pickup mode.
If you like great pizza, zero waiting, and feeling like the main character in a pizza-themed movie, Papa John’s pickup is the way to go.
Will absolutely pick up again… mostly because I can’t wait that long for delivery.

They try to charge me $20 to tip the driver to deliver ten minutes from the store. I usually tip the driver $10 on a $20 order. The manager should be a shamed. I order at least two or three times a week. Single mom of seven kids no means of transportation it is covenant. They have been delivering here no problem. Now it’s a problem.

Ordered food, got there to pick it up it was ready with my name on the boxes, I could see it, was the only person in the restaurant, they made me stand there for what seemed like 10 mins while they stood there goofing off, finally received my food, got home, bread sticks were wrong, was supposed to be loaded bacon cheese sticks, was just plain sticks, all the toppings on the pizza’s were just thrown in the middle, none around the edges! This generation of workers have no pride. I didn’t think to take a pic of the pizza, or I would have, sorry!

I called for delivery and because the customer service girl here in Russell Springs, KY could not properly put in my address I was denied service. Oh and she also mentioned her phone was an iPhone….lol! Just like I have and she could not find my address, I mean what??????? I hung up, went straight to Google maps as she said she did , put in my address and BOOM, my whole house and street and driveway pops up! Honey you must have gotten your phone from TEMU! Bad service and recommend no one!!!

Every single time I order extra sauces, they charge 60 cents each and i get 4 or 5 of them. And EVERY SINGLE TIME they do not include those extra sauces when they deliver it to me. So they’re stealing money every time I order. If I had a working car to go there myself and pick up the food, it wouldn’t be an issue.

Don’t bother calling, don’t bother ordering online, simply do not bother. They will mess your order up. You will pay extra for things you will not get.
If you live outside the order zone, you will burn your gas getting what you thought you paid for, you will not get it, and they will not care.
I could almost excuse miscommunications made over the phone. But my order was in writing, online, in black and white.
Large garlic epic stuffed crust; square cut, extra sauce.

Paid for all the extras. NONE of this was done. The only thing they got right was the thin crust and the 2 extra sauces. That is it.
How you mess up an order in writing, right in front of you, is nothing short of willful negligence. And their response after being made aware of this? “Drive another 15 miles round trip and replace it with what you actually paid for”. Nevermind the fact I already drove 15 miles to get what was supposed to be correct. They wanted me to drive another 15 miles round trip so THEY could fix THEIR mistakes, with not a single apology, nor offer to actually make it right. Just “burn another 15 miles worth of gas and move on”.
Worst papa johns I have ever been ordered from. The manager working the August 9th 2024 evening shift should be ashamed. When it came to doing the bare minimum and making excuses, they had that going for them in spades.
Customer service, quality food, something as simple as the correct order. Its all non existent. Save your breathe. Better yet, save your gas, save your time, and save your money. The Little Ceasers right down the road is gourmet compared to the sham of francise they’re running. Half the price too.

None of my sauces were given to us or peppers paid for,Bri the manager got smart with me when I called and said she would not refund my money. There mistake and wasn’t just one sauce it was several. I also have to drive from another county and my food will be cold by time I get to eat it.

Ordered 1 pizza, 2 orders of wings, and cookie over the app. I made the order at 2:30 to be ready by 4:30. The order was not ready until 5:30. The order I received was very poor quality. I order from Papa Johns a lot and this was easily the worst I have had from there. To top it off the customer service was very poor. I’m normally not one to post a bad review but this was a very disappointing experience.

Papa Johns is always my favorite pizza spot. Only gripe I have is when you say extra something I want extra and am willing to pay for it. I always say extra extra sausage and it’s always the sparse regular amount. I even say “charge me for extra” but nope. Ha ha. Friendly staff and great taste.
