Hadn’t been in a while. Walked in and asked for the new stuffed crust parmesan garlic pizza. Girl was working alone but doing an amazing job. Got my pizza done in record time & it was delicious! Definitely going back for more!

I’ve ordered from several different Papa John’s over the years. Their pizza is usually pretty good, for chain pizza that you can get delivered. Last night I ordered online around 7:20 pm and was given an estimated delivery time of 25-35 minutes. I was prepared to wait 45 minutes. I received a notification about 15- 20 minutes later that my pizza was out for delivery. Waited for about 20 minutes, called and was told my order would be here in just a few minutes. Waited another 20 minutes, called again and was told my order was on the way. I was about to cancel my order and tell them to give me back my money when my order finally arrived about an hour and a half later, about an hour after it supposedly left the store and was “on it’s way”. Pizzas were lukewarm not hot and fresh. Cheese pizza had sausage on one piece, this was ordered for a vegetarian, by the way. One of the pizzas was Canadian Bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms but it looks like only half the pizza was prepared correctly. Plus there were black olives just sporadically placed even though we didn’t ask for olives. Overall, bad customer service, bad food quality, messy pizzas. Definitely not worth the money! Doubt I’ll be ordering pizza from this Papa John’s again.

The other day I ordered a 16 piece buffalo wings with a 2 liter Pepsi and I asked if I could get ranch to they said absolutely and when it got here there was no ranch so I called back and I told them there was no ranch and they said I can do one of 2 things I can have someone bring you some cups of ranch or I can get a free box of wings the next time I ordered so I said we can do the free wings the next day I called up there to ask how I could get the free wings cause they said I could get them and the guy that answered had no idea what I was talking about so he went and asked someone about it and he said it was actually 3 free ranch cups and I said no that is not true I have my father as a witness and my dad said what told them what the guy said and then the guy on the phone said someone told him that it was ranch cups and I was like alright then bye.

Price is wayyyy to high. I will be going back to other pizza establishment. The call center is a joke. You can’t understand half of them and they don’t understand you. It was way better to talk with the person that work at the establishment. You need to stop making stupid decisions like this and who came up with charging a fee for delivery? That is a scam if there ever was one.

me and my husband ordered 2 cheese sticks, pepsi and starry for delivery and we said to ADD butter and when the woman got here my husband looked in the box and seen no butter, so he asked does she have butter with her she said “no” and then she looked at the receipt on the box and she said “i see it now, it did say there was supposed to be butter, i can’t go back and get it i don’t have money to do that” and walked off, which i understand people make mistakes, and i thought me and my husband already had butter from last time in the fridge so i wasn’t to worried about it, anyways we sat down to eat and not even a box in, the first 4 cheese sticks we ate we found 2 hairs, one looked like a eye lash and the other one looked like it was on someone’s head we think but who knows, anyways he called papa john’s and the guy that answered fixed the problem he said he just needs the cheese sticks and the boxes back and he will bring us new cheese sticks, and right now me and my husband are waiting for them to get here, we don’t even want to eat it anymore after finding hairs in our food no telling how many more is in there or what else could be in there, we would rather have a refund but we couldn’t get a refund, me and my husband are praying they don’t do something to our food when they make it and bring it here.
update: the same girl came back and she was excited she got paid to come here again, for HER mistake for not checking if the order is right, we didn’t pay her i guess papa john’s did but i sure know we didn’t, but she made sure that she loaded us up with butter all i needed was 1 not 6 but that’s thoughtful i guess, she agreed the hairs was nasty that we found, but honestly i think she was just excited she got paid more for HER mistake either way we got what we wanted in a way but we’re probably not eating here again

Papa John’s is my favorite wife’s place to eat. That being said I’ve always had issues ordering from this location. My my most recent experience cause me to write this review. I place my order at the store and was willing to wait for the pizza to be cooked. They said it would be 15 minutes and that was no problem at all for me is it wasn’t a big deal for me to wait. After about 18 minutes went by they come to inform me that are pizzas we’re not going to be cooked because they place them in the wrong oven that was not currently being heated. Without any offer of any kind of compensation at all even though I have been waiting there for 18 minutes I once again had 18 more minutes of time spent waiting for pizza. To me they could have at least offered me a drink while I had to wait. However they act like it was no big deal and I could just wait.

The app told me my pizza was ready, and when I got there to pick it up, they were just starting it. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Pizza tasted great!

I’d rate them no stars but it won’t let me, I will never order from here again! Over an hour for 2 medium pizza’s, but when it finally showed up the guy only had one cause he accidentally delivered my other one to someone else. He offered me a dessert pizza that he forgot to deliver to make it even and me still pay full price. Long story short he went back and got me another pizza in which I still had to pay full price! Then 3 weeks later I got a coupon for a free cheese pizza so ridiculous!
