We love Papa John’s pizza, but tonight when I picked up our pizza, I was so grossed out by the hygiene of the cashier. Please require your staff to have good personal hygiene and to wash their hair. This young man was nice, but it says a lot about the expectations of the management if customer hygiene is a huge turn off. About a month ago, I walked right back out of a local eatery due to the hygiene of the person making the sandwiches. Nasty! Chick Fila is not going to stand for this in their employees. Neither should you!

RUDE RUDE RUDE. I called to check closing time as I was getting mixed times on google, yelp and their website since it NYE. Guy answered the phone and said “Uh, well it’s Tuesday so 11.” I said, “ok thanks, I just didn’t know if you all closed early for the holiday.” He replied, “uhuh, yeah bye.” Then hung up as I was saying “Uh ok bye.” Totally the rudest 21 seconds I’ve ever experienced from a pizza place.
The food better be worth it.
UPDATE: they didn’t put half pepperoni on the pizza like I ordered. Supposed to me 1/2 pepperoni/1/2 cheese
Should have checked it in store but I waited until I got home.

I will never order from papa johns again. The people there apparently like to talk crap about their customers, call for resolution as to why, nobody said anything it was “hear say”. Okay if that be the case and this door dasher doesnt even know me, calls me by my first and last name that the employees at papa johns stated ” are you taking this to a. Whitlow, oh we would deliver it but she never tips us.” You want a tip? Make my pizza correctly is your first one, second tip ill give you is DONT talk crap about your customers. Cause for one yall dont even know me, for two come say it to my face if you got something to say, yall got my address on file and my phone number. Yalls tip? Find it on a roof, cause yall at this papa johns location are indeed TRASH.
