Lousiest pizza I had ever had. The pizza was mostly cheese. I requested sausage, mushrooms, onions and pepperoni and there was barely any of that on there. For almost $40 I expect much better than that. I could have gone out for a much nicer dinner than this. Basically crap and that’s a wrap.

Gave up on this location after another horrible experience. First issue was the mobile ordering app didn’t connect with the store. Had to call customer service and then had to wait for their own customer service to call the store. Finally after all that we got the pizza. I ordered chicken and pineapple hand tossed. The pizza was not cooked all the way. Went to pick up a slice and all the toppings fell off the pizza. Breadsticks were cold and even worse the Ranch Dipping sauce was watery. Look expired. I would not recommend this store at all.

So I ordered pizza tonight first time in 2025.. Its 6/13. waited an extra 30 minutes on my pick up order.. I get it.. its a Friday but when you order a pizza for carryout at 6:15 PM and you arrive at 6:50 to pick it up and the pizza hasn’t even been started “as far as cooking” and the pizza is not done till 7:20 PM. When the little girl brings the pizza to my car. I have to request a copy of my receipt for the rewards points, which I was only delivered the merchant reciept.. no reward code on those. She refused my 5$ tip for my wait. “that was nice considering an hour+ wait. Delivered a receipt with no information on it to what I ordered. My extra marinara sauce which I paid for a didn’t recieve, and not even bring able to collect rewards point for it like I’d ever choose papa johns again, or even order pizza through an automated system with almost no store representative as a contact.
All in All just a bad experience, I have a copy of a merchant receipt, not even one that explains what pizzas I ordered, or my Sauce which I paid extra for and didn’t recieve… Might just quit eating pizza all together. never had a 6$ digiorno give me this problem.

Pizza is consistently good. Gluten free pies are good too. Tonight we found some short black hairs stuck in the cheese. Not cool. That stuff keeps people from coming back. Gotta wear hair nets if you’re in the food biz.

Tried to order pizza over phone. Placed order for 2 medium pizzas (the special) for $14 carryout but was told no carryout. At 9:30. So I said fine delivery. Then she told me no medium pizzas. I could get any other size. Then I ask for a discount for not getting the special and she refused to give a discount. Poorest pizza place I have ever seen. I will not have papa John’s ever again!!!
