Let’s just say I will never come back here again. First of all the service was terrible I asked the manager Miranda what kind of pizzas she had in her hot case and she said “well if you’d read the signs you’d know” which I thought was rude but moving on I ordered an 8 inch meats pizza that thing had to be sitting out for hours because it was soggy and just looked bad came back and asked for a refund and she said “I can’t give you one but I can make you something else” So I ordered a pepperoni pizza and I should of double checked it at the store but when I got home to eat it it wasn’t even done it was NOT cooked doughy as could be. How hard can making pizzas be? Needless to say I won’t be coming back. Should have looked at the reviews before even going. DO BETTER. Next time just go to Pikeville location don’t waste your time or money here.

First time ordering from a Papa Johns and needless say I won’t be doing so again. Ordered a half veggie (I can’t eat meat) and half Pep&cheese, extra Pep on that HALF and cheese. Drove 20 mins just to pick it up and got home with a nasty mess. It was so undercooked that the crust was one big doughy wet mess and had melted into the topping so you couldn’t even pick off the toppings. There was Pepp on ALL the pizza. I even tried to finish cooking it at home which was a complete waste of time. I hope the next person gets something better.

Worst Papa John’s experience I’ve ever had in my life. Horrendous wait times, food was wrong, had to get my money back. You can tell they’re understaffed and need help, maybe Double Kwik getting into the pizza game was a bad idea. I don’t think any of this was the workers fault. They are being overran with orders, and they can’t keep up. If you can’t staff it, close it down. I probably won’t be back.
