We ordered a pizza and 2 liter bottle of Pepsi. It was delivered to our hotel room with plates, cups and napkins that we had not expected. Such a great help. Pizza was on time and hot delivered to our room.

I live on a big hill and after this big snow/ice storm, Papa John’s still delivered to the bottom of my ice covered driveway, which I had asked them to do. However, when the driver got there, he offered to walk it up the hill for me. I did not have him do that but the offer was VERY appreciated!!!

This place has went down hill massively, the Pizza’s are way smaller and they put very little toppings on them anymore. The Crust is inconsistent, either overcooked or undercooked. They don’t include a free dipping sauce anymore at least with the Thin Crust option, not sure about the other Crust options. It cost 99 cents for one tiny cup of dipping sauce. Place is a joke and Shaq would feel like he was starving if he actually ate something from this joint. Not a good value for your money. Shrinkflation is real.

Ordered from here a few times, and mostly have the same complaints, always carry out orders. Each time the pizzas were undercooked. We’re talking a difference in seconds between being done or raw dough, and they never fully cut them. This is probably due to the lack of cook time. To that point, had an order of parmesan garlic breadsticks last night that had uncooked dough on all of the larger breadsticks. Not chewy, not doughy, actual raw dough. The wait time on carry out is always an issue as well. The estimate through the website/app is never right, guaranteed 20-30 minute wait on top of that time. Papa locations are usually super consistent in quality, not so much in this case.

After a long workday followed by kids’ gymnastics and soccer practices, my family of 5 decided to place a Papa John’s carry-out order. I was a few minutes early to pick it up and a very sweet lady working told me she’d be happy to bring the pizza out to me since I had kids in the car. She did. Our order was fresh, hot, and delicious. I regret not getting the workers name but wanted to give her recognition for being thoughtful and making our stop a little easier. Maybe you can see who was working in the evening on 9/2/25 and tell her thanks again for being extra kind!

Ordered from this location about 10 days ago, “the Family Special”. Both pizzas were made WRONG! Which was not discovered until arriving at home about 25-30 mins later. Neither of them were THIN crust (both “hand tossed”), or VERY lite sauce (both had too much). One was supposed to be a double pepperoni, with extra cheese-NOT. It was NOT EVEN close to double pepperoni and cheese. The other was “the Works”with extra cheese-NOT, and loaded with sauce. I called the store and spoke with the manager (female), she apologized and advised me the she would put my name in the book to have a “REMAKE” the next time we ordered”. I called this evening to get the remake, and was told that the remake was ONLY good for 48hrs. I tried to explain to the person I was talking to (Joseph), that I was NEVER advised of such a STIPULATION. He then stated that it was company policy, online in the App, and in the hand book. (Like the public is supposed to know this). We checked “on-line” in the App, can not be found. Besides, who in their right mind wants pizza that many times in a few days. NOT WHAT I WOULD CONSIDER…”HEALTHY EATING”. This is a HELL of a way to treat your customers… ESPECIALLY a Veteran, and his family!
