The food was great! The lady that works there came up and ask my name went back to check the order and never came back to say it would be a few minutes or nothing. I stood there until Greg came and helped me they need a GM that can keep things in order. The same girl the time before this was just standing there and me waiting to be helped I stood there for 15 mins before I was helped and my order was sitting there the whole time.

We ordered a pizza online and we got the pizza mind you one pizza and one garlic knot $40 which was fine but 2 1/2 is Inch in there was no toppings there was no stuffed crust like I ordered. so I call and it was well done and I did not order well done no matter what they say. So I called them to see if they would make it right they told me they had no way to make it right because I ordered online if I would’ve used the call Center they would’ve took care of me but since I ordered online they could not do anything about it so of course I got mad and I told him I wanted my money back so I went back there the manager was extremely rude

I did the order ahead and was going to meet the delivery driver down the road from my house because they refuse to come to my house,the delivery person was a door Dasher I waited for 30 minutes,so I called Papa John’s and they said I had to call Door dash so I did and door dash said that the food was delivered but the place the place they described was not even close to me.Make sure it’s not a door dash person that gets your food.will no longer be doing delivery,only carry out.They did offer me a refund hopefully I get it.

I live 10 mins away and when it says my order is ready I leave to go get it, when I arrive it still isn’t finished one of my 4 items have been made. Horrible management and employees took another 20mins of me waiting in person and when I finally received my complete order I had to warm up the first made pizzas

I wish I could give less than one star to this absolutely horrible establishment. I work in customer service, so I am very forgiving when it comes to people making honest mistakes or having to wait longer if things are backed up, etc. However, there is no excuse for the service failures I regularly experience here. I order here (usually pickup) at least once a week and they never get my order right. They always leave out one or more of the extra garlic butters that I pay for and when I order original breadsticks, half of the time I get garlic breadsticks. Tonight, I had to wait over an hour for two large one-topping pizzas and a order of breadsticks because they messed up my order and we had to stand and wait for it to be fixed. While we were waiting, a staff member was picking his nose and sniffling while rubbing his snotty hands back and forth across his face. Another customer noticed this as well. He did not wash his hands before handling food. I was appalled. From a management perspective, the entire management crew at this location needs to be fired and the rest of the crew completely retrained. This is not how you run a restaurant or treat customers. It’s supposed to be Papa John’s, not Papa Snot’s.

This place has the worst service of any business I have ever dealt with, rude extremely slow service and an outrageous customer service experience, they made us wait an hour, then sent our order through Uber eats, so that they could place the blame elsewhere, tried to resolve the situation and was hung up on three times, and they refused to even refund my money, stay away at all cost, horrible service, and horrible people beware.
