Ordered the Date Night special with the 2 Liter drink, pizza and dessert; an order of cheesesticks and a large pepperoni pizza. We got this for the cheesesticks. No 2 liter Pepsi. And the dessert looked like someone had already helped themselves to a bite. ♀️. Absolutely ridiculous for $55.

I ordered for delivery. My order showed delivered so I call the store and I got told yeah he had to clock back in so it showed your delivery there. We received our food and honestly it was a train wreck. The papa bowl looked like someone had already eat part of it. The sauce in the papa bowl poured all over the pizza and the pizza crust wasn’t even cooked. All over the other boxes and soaked thru. The wings where supposed to to be boneless and they where not. So a wasted 60 dollars. I will no longer be using papa John’s

The app messed up my order and I had to call back. Austin fixed my order but it was still wrong. It wasn’t Austin’s fault. It was the app order that caused the confusion.
Austin made another pizza and was very courteous to me and understood the frustration I was going through. I am totally not a karen but ill tell ya Austin is going places. He is awesome and I appreciate all his patience and understanding. Rock on austin!!!!

This is the second time we received a messed up order. First was a bbq chicken that they didn’t put any cheese on. This time we ordered a cheese pizza, and they put pepperoni, sausage, and pineapple on it. The box clearly says cheese only.

I have ordered from this store a lot. My last few experiences have been horrible. A female manager who was working was constantly on there phone with a full house of customers. Which is very disrespectful towards the customers. They constantly are going off and cussing at there employees makes me wonder how anyone can work for someone like that. From my experience coming in there there is a select few managers or employees that actually care about that place. Something needs to be done or that store needs to be shutdown.

Pizza is always either completely wrong or not made properly. Ordered a plain shaq pizza and got mushrooms and olives on it a week or two ago. Today, i asked for extra sauce, to which they quite literally just put nothing on it. I see sauce all over the crust (making it messy as hell) but there is NO sauce on the actual pizza.

Had an online order and when I arrived to pick up my order my app said it was ready but this place was in chaos when I walked in. The female manager was throwing boxes in the floor and yelling about the orders. Pizzas were coming out faster than they could box them. Had to wait 10-15 minutes for my order and then I was supposed to have garlic butter but it wasn’t in the box. I walked back in to get it only to have the girl ignore me. Finally I asked with a louder voice and the other (male) manager asked the girl to get it. The female manager definitely couldn’t handle the pressure. It’s a wonder anyone would want to work under her.

Great pizza. If you like franchise chain brand pizza, Papa John’s is one of the best…a little pricy for chain pizza…the best pizzas are home made by local restaurants like Brooklyn brothers…but for fast food or chain pizza Papa John’s tops the list

Guess this is what passes for “better pizza” here. The crust is so undercooked, it’s practically raw. AND this isn’t the first time I’ve been delivered pizza like this from this location. It will definitely be the last, though.
