Their delivery is with door dash and my order clearly shifted ruining my pizza not worth the money go somewhere else and I didn’t realize at 1st your supposed to get 6 wings I got 4 the place was a mile away I’m from out of town so I ordered delivery and it was barely warm upon delivery

I did the $6.99 Papa Pairings. I got the medium 2 topping pizza and regular breadsticks. Total was $15.96. Comes with garlic sauce with the pizza and you can choose 1 sauce with the breadsticks.

So beautiful, for 27$ and gave 40$ Just for the driver to take off and not give change back at all. I allowed my boyfriend to answer the door by the time I went to get the drivers attention he just drove off. DONT RECCOMEND! And next time I’ll DRIVE to the east side to get my food. The garlic butter I paid for to come with it was opened as well.

The manager there tried to steal money from me by changing the price of my order and giving the wrong change. When I confronted him about it he said it’s my store I dont have to steal from it. That’s stealing from the customer. He made me bring the box back into the store to prove the amount my order actually was. Semi correct change was given to me and I called it good enough. Make sure you’re counting your change if you pay in store and always get a receipt if paying with a card to prevent this in the future.

The pizza was really good, though not a standout. It was ready very quickly during lunchtime, which was convenient as I was getting pizza for myself and my coworkers. Decent spread. Would be top of my list for pizza in Frankfort again.

Before I write my review, I want to note that I usually love Papa John’s pizza. Love the crust and the sauce. This time I ordered a small pizza and the garlic knots. They sent the wrong pizza. The crust was not their normal. It had obviously been sitting awhile before it was delivered. It was almost cold. The garlic knots were tough, again, because they weren’t fresh. Overall…not my normal experience with Papa John’s. Disappointed!
