I usually enjoy Papa John’s, but the stuffed crust I got today was a complete disappointment. Not only was it overcooked, but it was also burnt! The crust was hard and dry, and the cheese in the stuffed crust was barely even melted. It completely ruined the whole pizza experience. I get that things happen sometimes, but this was just unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from here again unless they seriously step up their game. Very disappointed!

The WORST Papa John’s pizza ever. I paid for an extra large pizza and received one in the box that looked to be a medium. The crust for the pizza was larger than the pizza itself. Most of the slices looked like basic cheese pizza instead of what I ordered which was super Hawaiian. When I went back to ask the cashier about it, he was very dismissive, disrespectful, and to my surprise told me that it was extra large but shrunk in the oven. I’ve never heard of such a thing, ever. One thing’s for sure, I will never come back to this location. If you want to pay $20 for bread, then this is the place for you.

I won’t ever order pizza here again. They messed up our order (which I get people make mistakes), and then when we called they blamed us, and told us we could reorder and pay for it again… I asked for management but they wouldn’t pass share names or info who who I could talk to…

Terrible customer service. We ordered a dish without cheese for my daughter who is allergic to cheese, and even added a comment to say no cheese, but they delivered a dish with cheese and the guy who we talked to about it was kinda rude and dismissive. He told me we could reorder another dish… I asked for the managers info and he wouldn’t give it to me. Worst customer service…

Want much of a Papa fan before but I’ve been eating here close to a year now. While every pizza hasn’t been great, it’s been very above average overall. The pizza I got tonight was one of the best. Sometimes they miss extra add-ons but they won’t mind fixing it if they do. Friendly, fast, and above average.

Papa Johns at Boston Road is the best place!!!! We switched over to their location from Palomar. I have to go pick up the pizza now but it has been so worth it. Tonight, just sealed it. I had order the pizza for pick up at 5. I got caught in traffic from a accident. I called and told them I was going to be about 20-30 minutes late in picking up the pizza. When I got there, they had me a fresh pizza ready to go. They didn’t have to remake it but they did. Excellent customer service!!! Thank you!!!!

I’ve never had an issue until tonight. I guess because I used my reward so the Quality of the pizza didn’t mean as much obviously due to one slice having almost no cheese on it at all and the lovely hair in the corner of the box. I paid for three extra orders of pepper Cheaneys and was spoke to as if I was a child when I was told there’s four in each order you have 10….. you do the math. Really disgusting way to drop the ball Papa John’s
