I ordered tonight through the app was delivered by the nearest location to me. They were extremely busy outsourced my order to DoorDash. DoorDash did not take care of my order and sat it sideways outside my door. I called the location. They sent me another order out right away. I appreciate them for that.

We went to Papa Johns for the first time in years. We did pick up the pizza but was glad to see that they have expanded their delivery to our address. Previously, we were “right outside” the delivery area. They would deliver to the front of our neighborhood but not the back. The pizza was hot and delicious but we ordered the Ultimate Pepperoni Pizza as you can see from the picture, half the pizza was “ultimate” but the other half was sparse with Pepperoni. Especially if you compare to the online picture. I like that they now have spicy garlic sauce. We would try them again but if they skimp on the toppings again, we will be going back to our go to pizza place.

I believe the person in charge of cutting the pizza has been off for about 7 months. Not sure what the pay is, but I have a pizza cutter and I’ll bring it with me!!!

I absolutely LOVE the peppers so I always order extras. This time I asked for 6 extra and these lovely people gave me like 60! Made my night. The pizza was hot, perfectly cooked and the dasher was super nice.

Tonight I tried the Cool Ranch Papadia(Philly Cheese Steak). They have different toppings such as Chicken, Steak, Beef, or build your own. I tell you, the Papadia was bursting with the Cool Ranch flavor. Not overpowering but you could taste the flavor and love it. It came with some kind of dipping sauce that had a ranch flavor too. It was good too. It went hand and hand with the Papadia. Great job with this one, Papa Johns.I would recommend this. I have to get another one soon. I’m craving it already.

The front man was super helpful and friendly. Helped me build my own pizza and helped me pair the best things together. Made it a nice time while waiting. His name was Nick and he was the best part of the process.

Our pizza had a huge bubble in the crust and was missing a topping. Garlic knots had the wrong sauce. Called them and manager said they would replace it and get it right out to us. Hour and half later and no signs of the replacement. This is just poor. Poor customer service, poor management, poor attitude towards the product … just a sad state of affairs.
