Why does Papa John’s suck so bad now. Why did they start not putting any sauce on their Pizza I mean Jesus Christ this is the driest pizzas I’ve ever had I have to choke these things down. I ordered it with extra ranch and I got no ranch on it there’s no ranch on there’s hardly no sauce on this pizza. The other one too

First delivery went OK, except driver being impatient… second delivery, I ordered the “pan” pizza… which wasn’t cooked in a pan, and worse, the dough wasn’t cooked thoroughly. I contacted Papa John’s corporate office complaint line over a week ago, with no response.
Papa Johns used to be a decent pizza, the whole experience is a nightmare nowadays… don’t know what happened…

This crew saved the day when for a party I was supposed to get pizza from Little Ceasers that I ordered a night before and of course that pizza wasn’t gotten and the experience was abysmal. Went to this Papa John’s to quickly get pizza and they absolutely saved the day getting me 3 pepperoni pizzas, cheese sticks, and 3 cheese pizzas in like 12 minutes. Just want to shout out the crew and location for giving us hot and tasty pizza and saving our birthday party!

Would highly suggest not ordering here. Not sure who is working in that facility but they do not know how to cook pizza / take pride in where they work.
Received my order 2 pizza (INEDIBLE) with raw dough, under cooked raw pepperonis and slimy under cooked chicken. Seems as if you’re trying to make someone sick to be honest. The dough was so raw you could stretch it out like cheese / entire middle of both pizzas were raw like that.
Consider this an Extreme waste of money. Will not order again. After coming to this section to post my review I see others have dealt with raw pizza as well. Such a joke. Save your money and buy something else!!!!!
Last thing I’d like to add; (I Also called papa John’s customer service about getting a refund and reporting the problem. The customer service rep said they noted the issue and would have someone call me back about a refund. No one called me back & didn’t get a refund either.)

Want to give y’all at houratbourne a shout out, my family just had it for dinner, still the best wings compared to your neighbors,I get unsaused and they are so juicy. I don’t normally eat the pizza but it looked so good that I said I gotta try that. The pizza was the best we had yet from y’all! The brownie was still warm and soft, it was delicious! We needed this, I’ve been down with an injury and we weren’t expecting great food and fast, friendly delivery! Thank you and keep up the good work and food, we loved it!

Mixed bag review. Birthday party with 24 kiddos. We placed an app order at 3:55 for a 5:45 delivery. At 5:39 it wasn’t cooking. Spoke to the manager, who sounded overwhelmed. But we were assured 30 and it would be there. When the pizza was done, it said delivery approx of 7:08. So I called, placed on carryout and picked it up. The store was full or Doordashers and delivery guys. The pizzas were hot, tasted amazing, and the party was saved. Then we received a refund for the order. Which was not asked for, and was incredibly gracious. Thanks for standing behind your employees and your store. This gesture was above and beyond our expectations. We are talking about delivery, after all. Which is such a novelty. Thanks for making it right. We will continue to be patrons on the value and customer service.

Literally the worst Papa John’s Pizza I’ve ever ordered. Bumped up to an x-large BBQ and it tasted like they spread a medium pizza ingredients over an x-large crust. My son asked if I ordered it with light sauce. $31, after $4 discount, for a a pizza that didn’t meet frozen grocery store standards. Bland! Got here fast, but not hot. I’m done.

Went to order the $9.99 3 topping pizza deal. I am shocked to learn the fees cost more than the pizza! Really? $9.99 deal costs $22 to have it delivered. Unbelievable!

I tried Papa John’s, a well-known chain that offers different types of dough. Since I’m celiac, I went for the gluten-free option and, as an Italian, I can say it was actually a good . I ordered a Margherita with ham, and I really enjoyed it.
