I walked in and ordered a large pepperoni and half cheese pizza with some breadsticks. The pizza that was handed to me in the store was not anywhere close to what they showed in the commercials. My pizza was two different pizzas put together. One side of the pizza had thick crust. The other side had flat crust that was burned and hard. Pepperoni look like they were just thrown everywhere and the pizza was cut very unevenly. No care was given in presentation! I blame myself for not looking at the pizza while I was in the store as I thought I could trust the employees. I was very surprised when I got home and noticed that the pizza look like A little Caesars hot and ready pizza instead of a Papa John’s pizza original crust: half pepperoni pizza. Please see the attached picture of my pizza. The store manager offered me a refund and also half off on my next order to make things right. If you plan to order from this location, please go in person and look at your pizza. Don’t have it delivered or you might be sorry!

So last night I ordered off the app, and instead of notifying us that this is going to be sourced out to DoorDash so do you want to still order, it could sourced out the DoorDash now I didn’t put down a tip off my card because I was going to pay cash. It never showed up, next thing I know it’s Mark delivered, I call up there dudes like we’re closed there’s nothing I could do I’m trying to tell him that it’s marked as delivered but he hangs up in whatever. Go through today and get the receipt showing that it was refunded but of course I won’t see that for days and the guy up there hooked me up with some food and a drink for my trouble because I was stuck working all night long with no food.

This was a delivery. We ordered four large pizzas all with well done crusts. They were really good. Plenty of toppings and sauce. Crust was well done. They were enjoyed!

I called the store to see why they would serve this to anyone, and the so called manager, who would not give his name said, “I wondered who would eat this when I got it out of the oven.” After I said, that’s not what I ordered, he said, “I don’t know you, your address, name, or number” and then hung up in my face. I immediately called back and asked for his name again and he stated, “I am not telling you.” Then hung up again. Poor service and very unprofessional. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

Everything was good except the papadia. I was really excited to try this new menu item but it was a complete disappointment. I got the Philly Cheesesteak & it was completely dry: almost no cheese at all. When I opened it up, it genuinely looked like someone threw three shreds of cheese in there. Don’t know if it was just a mishap, but probably wont order again.

The only reason I gave this location 1 star is because I had to in order to leave this review. I am a frequent customer of papa John’s and I have NEVER had an issue at this location. EVER. until tonight. I go into the store and I am the ONLY customer in the building and I stood there for 15 minutes without anyone even acknowledging the fact that I am THERE and I’m a paying customer. Not a hey, hello or how are you.. nothing they just ignored my presence. I then speak up and say “hello can I get my order that I paid for so I can leave and get back to work?” This man working at the counter goes and grabs my pizza box (still hasn’t said 2 words to me) and literally threw the pizza at me. THREW IT AT ME! I don’t know what type of customer service this place has but that is absolutely unacceptable behavior and they should be ASHAMED. I will be filing a police report.
