My main pizza was good looked very good but my med pizzas was well not covered with cheese or anything. I paid like $40 & i get pizza like this. Its horrible. Update I ordered from them again & ordered a brownie I get a burnt cookie so I call 2 see if I can get a credit for a brownie & they hang up like 2times this place dont have very good customer service. I hate this being the only 1 I can get delivery from.

bro kid you not , NOT ONE PERSON was wearing gloves or a hairnet. i ended up asking for a refund because there no way because the same person who was just dealing with cash and change and the register went right back to putting on topping without washing her hands. it was disgusting

I wish I could remember the cashier name yet she was so ANNOYED by a customer ordering a pie that I eventually walked out.
She CLEARLY was talking to her bf or male friend upon entry of the store.
She was ok at first, asking “Here for pick up? “
My reply was ” No I need to make an order please. “
She INSTANTLY became annoyed, breathed out a deep sigh of exasperation, and slowly and draggingly took my order.
2nd thought, I just couldn’t spend my money at a location where I did Not feel welcomed.
Word to the wise, eh?

The driver was carrying the food straight up and down by the handle of the bag. Which lead to all of the food being turned upside down. All of the gparm sauce leaked all over the rest of the food including the brownie. The only thing that wasn’t messed up was the 2 liter of my.dew

Staff doesnent know how to work under pressure. Dont tell people a time if its going to be later than the time you all put initially. Bad service, bad staff. I was ignored when I asked about how long will it take. She walked away and started talking to another staff member. Never again

I wish I could give this Experience 0 stars! I paid for extra cheese on my pizza and was given the opposite and when I called to get them to remake the pizza the person on the phone proceeded to tell me that they will be taking the pizza back, as well as no more than two pieces can be missing. I was given no apology at all for the horrible pizza! Worst service ever, it happened today at 6pm I’m so disappointed!
