I am not sure whats going on at this location. I order very often and get the same pizza every other week. Today, it looked disgusting to where I could not even eat nor keep it. Every other visit I ask for my pizza to be cooked well done because sometimes it is UNDER cooked. Between these grease pools and the weird look of the cheese, it looks like something that would tear someone’s stomach up. And when I went back, the worker acted like nothing was wrong with it and this was just a normal look. Please work on the quality and presentation. It is quickly going down hill. This is not what I am used to nor expect from this location.

This is absolutely the worst papa johns I’ve ever ordered from. I ordered here 1 time, they screwed my order up, said they’d credit me back the items on my next order. Fast forward to me making the order and asking about the items that was supposed to be credited that were messed up last time, after being out on hold for over 10 mins, was told that the gm refused the credits. When I asked to speak to the gm about the matter, the gm refused to even speak to me about it on the phone. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. I see why this store has 3.7 stars, surprised they have that many. I had to contact another store to have everything straightened out.

I order from here often. The food is always perfect. I got a postcard in the mail from them one time. Apparently, at some point in the recent past, my pizza didn’t arrive in 30 minutes or less. The postcard had a code to redeem a replacement order. I never asked for that. They did it on their own.

We order pizza maybe once a week or once every two weeks as my kids love pizza. When this location opened up I was first skeptical but we have a great food each time. It is always hot fresh and delivery is always super fast. My only recommendation is sometimes when we get the pizza it isn’t cut all the way through.

We ordered from this location the first time a few weeks ago but they were using door dash to deliver and the guy carried our pizzas the wrong way and all the toppings slid off, how ever the staff was super helpful at resolving the issue immediately. Used to get our orders from the south side drive location, tonight was awful food missing, cold took over 2 hours to arrive. I called and spoke with a lady, I said a few cuss words but not directly at her. I got hung up on….. I called back said I would be refunded and hung up on again!!! Fairdale area should be switched back to southside location!! This location deserves zero stars. Especially considering I’m in management myself!! Will be calling corporate as well!!
