I ordered a buffalo chicken papadia and I had ordered NO ONIONS and EXTRA CHICKEN and when I had got the order, THE BOX SAID NO ONION EXTRA CHICKEN yet when I opened the box, there was no extra chicken and way more onions then chicken. I tried calling the restaurant 3 different times to get my order fixed and out of the 6-7 people I saw inside, no one apparently had hands and a set of ears to pick up a ringing phone. If you eat here, I’d check the food before you leave! Having been a manager at Papa John’s before I know it said no onions on the screen while making the food and I know the box that the employees have to look at said no onions either so both employees that night had failed to fully read and check the quality and correctness of the food before it went out. I am very disappointed in this place.

As of this rating they have a 2.8 rating out of 5. How hard is it to make pizza right? Answer: Apparently very hard when you hire nothing but apathetic workers. So here we have Papa John’s. A flagship of Louisville. At one point the stadium was named after it. This is their UofL location, right down the road from that formerly named stadium. And it is consistently one of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. The order is never right. The instructions never followed. The food never good. Even the delivery drivers are like lost souls floating in the ocean, unable to discern any sense of navigation to their intended destination. May how the mighty have fallen.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Papa John’s. I ordered a small pizza, picked it up, and the entire pizza was completely raw. The dough was undercooked and inedible. Very disappointing. If you’re looking for good pizza, I would not recommend this location. I would give zero stars if I could.

The pizza is literally fifty times better with garlic sauce.
Pizza got cold waiting for you to show back up with it. Store just a mile and a half away.

They burnt my pizza and manager gave me an attitude when I called tried to get another one. Horrible management horrible delivery team. And then refused any kind of service after I brought this to her attention.

literally the worst experience ever. I ordered the papa Oreo bites which came burnt to a crisp and super dry. I also ordered garlic knots and they came with no garlic stuff on them whatsoever just plain pizza crust as a knot. My medium pizza was dry and not even medium it was most definitely a small pizza. Everything in the order was also very cold. DONT ORDER FROM HERE

I usually order Pappa John’s 2 to 3 times a week. This location is horrible. Service is nearly non-existent here. When I came in today there were about 10 people waiting for their orders but the workers were watching something on the TV mounted on the wall of the lobby and not at all interested in making pizzas for anyone. I get that it is hard to find good help but this is poor management more than anything else. I work all over town and stop by stores everywhere but this one has me reassessing what to buy when in this area. Derby City Pizza is close by and has better service for sure.
