I’ve never heard of any food establishment being “too busy” to correct an order. I gave 2 stars because initially the manager wanted to correct the mistake. How are you going to be too busy making other pizzas and not have time to redo mine? I took the offered refund because I got the vibe from whoever answered the phone, had zero intentions to make my pizza much less the way I ordered it.

Getting an inexpensive dinner for the fam and the team here went above and beyond. Called me proactively when the DoorDash driver carried our pizza out sideways and remade it/sent a new driver.

I just want to let the young lady that is currently the manager on duty tonight know that not only did she display excellent customer satisfaction, but that she is the great example of what leadership looks like. She was professional, kind and caring. She made not only a delicious pizza, she took pride in delivering exactly what I had asked for immediately … 5 star service! Like most stores they will hand the delivery off on DoorDash and you will need to hope you don’t have an issue with the delivery because when you call the store they will answer the phone and just hang up without even speaking. The food also just looks like it was thrown into the boxes with absolutely no care or regard.

I don’t order Papa John’s too often, maybe once every three months or so. The delivery was via Doordash for some reason, and the person was really pleasant. Way beyond the “here’s your food” level. The driver confirmed my order and wished me a nice evening, and she just seemed to give off a good vibe. She had to walk up stairs and a long steep driveway to get to me. She left her car at the bottom of the hill and didn’t seem to care that she had to go up and then back down. Thank you, Papa John’s! Hope my trainer isn’t reading my reviews, though! It may be a bad idea to brag this much.

Avoid this store. I put an order in online, and they never showed. When I called they said that it was outside their delivery range. We were only 2 miles down the road. They admitted that they deliver 10. They said I could come get it if I want. When I showed up, four employees were sitting around goofing off. They told me that my pizza sat there for 40 minutes. I asked, “and no one cared to call?” The manager said “yeah, do you want us to remake it or not?”
