I visited this place on November 22 at around 8:30 PM, and I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever seen .
When I arrived to place an order, two employees were sitting at the cashier, both completely focused on their phones. I politely said “excuse me,” but instead of responding professionally, they just stared at me and laughed. I waited for a while, and when I asked again if someone could take my order, one of them continued laughing and finally took it in a very rude and disrespectful way.
There was absolutely no professionalism, no respect, and no basic customer service. Both employees behaved in a childish and offensive manner.
This experience was extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning. Management needs to take customer service seriously and train their staff properly.

So this store is made by it’s employees, especially great service from a younger guy named Mason, be always double checks my orders and makes sure all of my sauces are with my pizza. There’s another guy when masons not there that takes great care of orders and his name is Logan.. Shout out to two of the best workers

Picked up DoorDash Saturday night and the service was horrible.
Food barley felt warm through the box.
The gentleman “helping” us was on the rude side and acted as if he didn’t want to be there.
He was wearing, what I believe is be, a manager shirt with his pants below his butt.
Then Sunday, we waited for several minutes before having to holler out for assistance.
Then Joey came out and was super apologetic and extremely nice and pleasant to deal with.
Overall, we will continue to pickup for DoorDash from this location but we WILL NOT order for ourselves at this location, especially at night.
Sadly we love Papa John’s.

Pizza came runny and manager was very rude didn’t even want to hear my complaint because I ordered through DoorDash. This is the second time this has happened. I just wanted to call them and complain directly to the store about how poor the pizza was.

Why is it sooooo hard for Papa Johns to read what type of sauce you want with the order? I just don’t understand. And this is even after the order last week where I made them make a separate delivery of all the sauces they robbed me of the last 5 deliveries. Smh.

Ordered a pizza, when I came to pick it up, I asked for a seasoning packet. The one person working was an older man, who didn’t have a nametag, who was very rude about it – he gruffly let me know he was going to charge me, to my confusion, because that’s never even been brought up in the dozens of times I’ve gotten one across multiple stores.
So I said “You’re the first one to try and charge me for one”, and he said “I’m the first one to do the job right. Been here for four years.”, even though I’ve been going there for longer and have never seen him.
Then I had to shout out to him twice to even get my receipt, and he couldn’t even cap off the transaction with a “thanks” or “have a good day”.
There are like a bazillion other pizza places I can go to. I don’t need that kind of rudeness in my life, let alone so early in the day.

I ordered a medium pizza with sausage onion and mushroom… well was no mushrooms about 6 sausage pieces total and about 10 onions… and was cold when I literally was 6 min from where I was staying.. wings were ok could have been cooked more but the pizza was not good… I will not be back to that location again. Ughh
