Order was cold and under cooked. 30% of pizza was just crust. It’s been a while since I ordered from Papa John’s now I remember why… never again.Extreme delivery fees. Tasteless crust and sparse toppings.

I love Papa johns Pizza. But depending on what time I order, my pizza won’t come right or is obviously thrown together with no care. I pay for triple extra cheese, and half the time, I get maybe a sprinkle.
Then there was the time I had ordered in the morning and they canceled my order due to all their school orders (which was fine), but the manager had told me to order again in the afternoon and when I did she had an awful attitude about me wanting my promised free pizza. She just kept repeating I couldn’t order in the morning wednesday through Friday.
I ordered about 4:30 p.m. and tonight paid for triple cheese, and there’s hardly any cheese again. Delivery is an easier option for me, but I might start driving a different location for my pizza.

I’ve waited to post because I thought maybe it was just a 1-time bad experience but this is my regular crust-it’s literally thin crust on half and regular on the other. I’ve ordered breadsticks in the last couple orders and they’ve also lacked the “pillowy soft” texture they boast on their box. I’m not sure if they aren’t proofing their dough or need new yeast or what but as a dough lover, I’ve been so disappointed as this is the main reason I order from Papa Johns. I hope they start to get it right because the only other delivery we can get in Goshen is Dominos and that is a hard pass for me.

This Papa John’s location is our go to for pizza. The pizza is consistently good and well made. Special shout out to the store manager Kristina Rodman for going above and beyond in customer service! People like Kristina should be recognised for outstanding customer service. Simple act of good will can make someone’s day brighter and reflects positively on a business establishment.

We ordered directly from this store several hours before the scheduled delivery time. Pizza was very late and almost cold. No communication, no way to track it. Found out the second time we called that they handed it off to DoorDash, but not early enough to get it delivered on time.

While I love Papa Johns Pizza because I grew up on it sadly my closest store has been upsetting, frustrating, and low in quality. The staff are rude (literally have heard them laugh at me through the phone), lazy, can never estimate the delivery time right, and uncaring of their customers. We have put in several complaints before with the store managers here and nothing ever changes and in fact it is getting worse. The free pizzas we have received for our complaints have ALWAYS BEEN COLD and flipped around in the box. Pretty much seems like the staff here do not care about taking their jobs seriously at all… I love the pizza here but am about to quit ordering (so will all my family) because of this store location. PAPA JOHNS PLEASE GET YOUR PROSPECT, KY STORE IN ORDER!

I just stopped in to pick up an order. The order should have been done by the time I got there, but the female tells me it’s going to be another 5 mins.
She tells me that she’s working alone today (I can understand that and realize that’s not her fault). But the phone call…she was on the phone when I walked in and stayed on the phone the whole time.
She wasn’t wearing gloves to prepare the food. Her hair is long, no hat or hair net.
*The food wasn’t for me, I was just picking it up for someone.
So I’ve been waiting for over 10 mins.
I am not a happy camper!!
