This Papa John’s location has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I placed my order at 1:13 AM and was told by 1:18 AM that my pizza was confirmed and “on the way.” After waiting 30 minutes with nothing, I called back only to be told it wasn’t even on the way. So I was either lied to or the staff has absolutely no idea what they’re doing.
I called the store and spoke to Matt, who was incredibly rude and dismissive, acting like my concerns were an inconvenience instead of taking responsibility. Then I called again and spoke to Kathrine, and that was even worse. She was completely dismissive, unhelpful, and actually laughing while I was expressing my frustration and concern about my missing order. Laughing at a paying customer is beyond unprofessional and honestly shocking.
The lack of communication, accountability, and basic respect at this location is unbelievable. If you can’t handle orders late at night, then don’t accept them. Don’t lie to customers, don’t lose their orders, and definitely don’t laugh at them when they call for answers. This place is disorganized, disrespectful, and clearly does not care about its customers. I will never order from here again and would strongly recommend others avoid this location unless they want to be ignored, misled, and treated like a joke.

Every time we order from this Papa John’s, it is wonderful. From the quality of the pizza, to the hospitality of the employees that go out of their way to help. My family has never had a poor experience from this location.

My husband picked up our garlic and cheese stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. It was ready for pickup in 20 minutes and it was the best pizza I have ever had. I have had it before and it was always good, but it was on point tonight. Keep up the great work!

We went in to grab a pizza today. Kenny was SO nice. He brought out chairs for us to sit on as we waited. The cashier was being very helpful and understanding when the card machine wasn’t working. He was a newish worker it seems and he was doing a great job. The lady in the green shirt was so efficient and got us our order as quickly as possible, even though it seemed she might have had a long day. All lovely people but make the tips on the card reader go to them!!!!!

Ok. Up front. Ignoring me was not a good thing to do. I ordered online at around 4:15. I arrived at around 4:35, and the app said “Ready” so I came in, and the employee told me it wasn’t ready, because they were backed up. And she went over and started making pizzas. 30 seconds later, the cook put my order on the shelf. He gave the order to the Door Dash guy, but ignored mine. I stood there another 10 minutes or so, went to my vehicle, and waited another 10 minutes or so. I checked the App in my vehicle, it said “delivered.” Strange. So I went back in, and was greeted. She asked me and I said I’m waiting to pick up my order, I’ve been here 20 minutes! I was irritated, as my order was still sitting there, it had been there all along. Good gravy, that is frustrating. EVERYONE else’s pizza took priority over my order. Remember—The most important customer is the one in front of you. Manager…contact me.

Great pizza! The sauce tastes like ketchup, the pepperoni is sliced so thin it only has one side, it’s made with some kind of generic oil that 100% resembles oil except it has less flavor than oil.
Super market frozen is better. No John, your declining sales are due to your pizza now really sucks. I threw it in the trash.
Good service from the store though.
