My family and I have ordered from papa j for many years.
We waited an hour for or order. Our pizza sat for an hour on HWY 45. I called the store for the manager to cancel the order. The manager on site was rude and hung up on me. I thought Pizza Hut was a hassle lol. I’ve never had to reach out before this. I’d rather have a pizza with a missing ingredient.

This location is me and my wife’s go-to after a long week and we want to do a stay at home date night. Our order is pretty consistent and I’d say about 95% of the time we get exactly what we ordered. I chop is the other times there have been errors when they have had new staff or have been very busy. Overall we’ll continue to choose Papa John’s over the other pizza places in Columbus. Always great quality pizza, no other chain can compare to the taste of the sauce, papa john’s is truly in a league of their own. This specific store has always had the best customer service hands down! Delivery times are usually very accurate to the papa tracker they offer to track your pizza order online. Highly recommend this location and chain.

My husband and I have been eating thin crust pizza from this location for 5 years! Each pizza is really Amazing and tonight we ordered a thin crust pizza that was not good. It had no sauce on it and I called to let them know. The manager Matthew was extremely helpful and explained that sometimes thin crust pizzas either soak up the sauce or they don’t put as much because it’s thin crust. Either way, I give him five stars for just taking time to explain why after all this time the pizza just wasn’t great anymore. He offered to adjust our credit and was just overall really kind about it. My main goal was just to call and let them know that I simply wasn’t impressed and to encourage them to keep providing amazing pizzas as they always have. I didn’t except someone to take the time to listen. Thanks Matthew!
