I placed a delivery order yesterday night. I called to add to my order and said “ok”. It took almost an hour to get my food. I had to meet the delivery driver to “pay for my add-on”. After receiving my order and returning to my home I saw part of my order was not there. I called and they said would re-make and deliver it. 40 minutes later I received my missing item

We don’t have a Papa John’s where we live, so we stop here when visiting my parents. The pizza is great, but the service is exceptional. The people who work at this Papa John’s are always nice, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommend for the people.

The app said our order was ready to be picked up when I got to the window I was told it would be 30 more minutes. They had 70 orders or something and they were behind. I understand that things happen but I waited in the parking lot for a whole hour before my order (1 large pizza and bread sticks) was ready. The worst part is the food was luke warm when I picked it up.
It was disappointing to wait an extra hour for my food but even more so that the food wasn’t even fresh.
2 stars because the lady at the window was nice and apologetic.

Had my worst Papa John’s experience from here yesterday that I’ve ever had. The top on one of the garlic sauces was busted, which coated the entire bottom of the box. The one that was unopened had no flavor to it.. just oil. The pizza was so/so, but I’ve had much better from the Walmart pizzas you take home and bake yourself. Very disappointed for what I paid. Will be ordering from another pizza place next time.

I have eaten here at least 5-6 times and it has been good each time. The staff at the window is very nice to deal with. I get the gluten free pizza and it is very good. I order extra toppings and they load it up. You get what you pay for here. They have always put more toppings on that I would have expected which I truly appreciate. When I eat pizza it will be here at Papa John’s.

Yes I’m a picky eater, and no I’ve never eaten pizza in my life. However just 6 months ago, I tried cheese for the first time and I have fallen in love with their cheesy breadsticks. It’s just the perfect amount of garlic, the perfect thickness of cheese, and the taste is amazing!

Went there today was waiting on my food loved the girl with blue hair tossing the pizza dough for my little one he enjoyed that and her attitude was amazing in fact everyone there today was when I visited 10/10 I will go back I will recommend
