Jacob was a STAR!! What great customer service from a very smart, nice young man! He sold me the whole menu, he was that good Lol! He gave me great suggestions to help make decisions easier. Well my wife and I went inside to order and decided what we want and waited for someone to come to the register and take our order. I even interacted with the workers joking with them. NO one came at all. So we was thing that they might be to busy that calling an ordering the pizza might be easier. So we decided to have the pizza delivered. So we called and started the order until we found out the price was $50.00 for 2 medium two topping pizzas and a small wings. So I told my wife that we can get the same thing at domino’s pizza for way cheaper and even better tasting pizza and wings and that’s what we did. So that was our trip to this place. But don’t take my word go and find out for yourself.

I had an order for 10 large pizzas and needed to pick them up by 10:30am! They were very accommodating!

My wife and I ordered from here at least once a week and usually don’t have any issues, but tonight we had problems with both of our orders. Pictures will be added showing issues, but order was redone and brought to us, and we still had issues. I ordered the cheese sticks with bacon and a lot of them had no bacon. My wife’s pizza was just literally a hot mess. Toppings were all over the top and inside the box. Think before ordering from here. It’s not always bad, but there could be issues from time to time. Hope this helps.
Now, it’s a week later and my wife and I just decided to get dinner here and our order was just delivered. The delivery person just brought it to the door and sat it down and walked away. Luckily I have a ring doorbell. Just remember to be watching for your order to be delivered.

The crust had no sauce on it between two and four inches wide. All the vegetables were dumped in the middle. I was told 15 to 20 minutes. I got there at the 20 minute mark and the pizza was already tepid.

We order from this location often, but tonight was horrible. We ordered the garlic parmesan breadsticks, and they are covered in grease. It is so bad that it is leaking out of its box into the other boxes stacked under it. We have to pat the sticks dry to eat them…

I did an online order and within 5 mins they called me and said that they are cancelling my order. Baffled I asked why because I thought I did something wrong. I had a decent tip for the Delivery driver And my order was around $70. They told me yeah we are backed up 3 hours and just cancelling the order. So I was left with a pending charge an no food. It is completely fine Domino’s Pizza came in clutch less than 20 mins and picked it up. Will update review when I get a response from management.

A whole lot of time goes by. About an hour or so.
When we checked online the order was marked as delivered. When we called they actually told us they couldn’t find our address. Tried to joke it off to gps problems and sometimes it sends them somewhere else other than Long Beach. Funny , my GPS did me solid for my 8 hour travel day thru 3 states to find my house. No problem!
They lie. Drove up here to place another order (5 minute drive)
Not even an apology.
