Our “go-to” pizza place in the area. The only weird thing is our x-cheese pizzas seem to not have enough sauce. However, I ordered extra sauce this time and was a bit too much. Otherwise, order in the app, ready fairly quick and staff is friendly. Earn money off when ordering in the app. **Never call in, goes to a central call center (not the actual store location) & they don’t speak very good English.

I have used the app to order from this location for several years. Some times there is a problem as the entire mall shares the same address, but only I made edits to the address to help find my store.
Yesterday, the driver came in and begins with shouting “I have a bone to pick with you…” This grown man proceeded to yell at me loud enough that everyone in my 20,000 sq ft store heard every word and were checking on me. He proceeds to tell me the fact the edit to my information not saving to the app was my problem and telling me how to put in delivery instructions when HE was the only person that has had a problem getting my order to me.
I was so mad after being verbally assaulted I called the manager who seemed sincerely apologetic and said he would “have a talk with him so it won’t happen again” – so I get yelled at and all I get is a promise he won’t do it again?
I don’t want the guy fired, but at the very least, a suspension for a few days of unpaid reflection. After all, he was the only contact I had with Papa John’s and that reflects so poorly that all the people in my store at the time said they will never order there. Anyone with any common sense would know not to yell at a customer right off the bat. Apparently, this guy’s common sense was lacking.

I was waiting for my order in my truck that I spent $45 on and the little funky delivery driver hit my truck so hard getting his vehicle and when I said something to him about doing it he was SO Rude !! And nasty and yelled at me for hitting MY CAR!!!!!! I went in and asked to speak to the manager, he was apologetic, but that driver was a real piece of work!!!! because of him alone I will NEVER patronize this location again. I’m beyond pissed.

This location is absolutely awesome. I had an issue with an order placed on Grub Hub and the staff members at this local location not only corrected the issue but went well over and above! Note: try the XL NY style pizza. Great food, service, and value!!!
