Placed online order for 3 pizzas, one hot wing and a Diet Pepsi. Told them I was there to pickup order. Was handed two pizzas and a wing. Told the lady it was 3 pizzas. She said she didn’t “see no 3rd pizzas.” Finally they brought the 3rd pizza and I explained I had a Pepsi zero also. She again claimed it wasn’t on my order. After manager comes over he finds my order after a few minutes and verifies I have a drink in the order. Woman brings me the drink like a was stealing it. Not a good way to treat your customers. Sad really….she must be miserable. She looked miserable.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed my order 2 hours ago. After not getting an update, delivery estimate or confirmation, I called the store to confirm my order. This was 30 minutes after placing it. I was then notified that DoorDash would be delivering my order. It has now been an additional 1.5 hours and still no pizza. UPDATE: NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER

I did an online order and my order added up to be close to $23. I had to wait for over an hour and I shouldn’t have had to wait that long. Every time I tried to call I got no answer and even some times someone would pick up and hang up. It will be a cold day in hell before you get my money again. Then my papadio was burnt

The pizza taste good but it needed more sauce and toppings. You can see from the pic puffy pizza dough without sauce. I can’t say if this was a rush job but I was disappointed in this takeout pizza.

There’s not 1 bad thing I can say about this place. Been ordering from here for over 5 years several times a month with maybe 2 incidents but nothing major & they more than made up for the small mistakes with each. I love that you can customize every detail of your order online and that the staff pays attention and gets the order correct every time. Thanks for making this mommas job a little easier a few nights a month

The absolute worst Papa John’s location you can order from, suppose to be the Holy Grail of Pizza, but I’d rather go get a frozen Red Barron 1st….and it’s been an ongoing problem for years, don’t ever hope to get Bleu cheese when you ask for it, they will bring you ranch every time. Don’t expect any good service, got to where I’d just call in orders and pick up on the way home and they still couldn’t get it right. Hope another Pizza Place like Hungry Howies comes in and does so good, that Papa John’s just leaves town.
2wks ago, asked 3 times for Bleu Cheese with my wings and got ranch, tonight ordered same thing, got ranch instead of Bleu cheese 10/13/25 med pepperoni was like a pre-made been in the warmer over an hour as well, no pepperoni on two slices, even though between order and delivery was only 45min at most. Guess I’m just gonna have to stop by and get a bag full of Bleu cheese cups once a month. The damn wings have not a drop of sauce on them and I ordered Buffalo, wish I could leave a pic

On 12/29 I placed an order at 5:50 pm with estimated service 1 hour. It is now 7:26 and still hasn’t been delivered. I call and went through automated service to check on my order – no luck. I called and actually spoke to someone who was going to transfer me to the Byram, MS store but the call dropped. This is not the first time an order was late. It’s also not the first time I’ve received a cold pizza. Hope this one isn’t cold! I’m very disappointed

I ordered a pizza at 7:36pm. Delivery time was said to be 36 mins . I called the restaurant back a 8:50 to check on the order. Store personnel told me 5-10mins for delivery. Looked up again and it was 9:45. I again called the establishment and personnel told me someone came and i checked the tracking email and it was marked “delivered”. I again told him no one came and he told me someone knocked and it was no answer meanwhile i was sitting on the front porch for 2 hrs.

I ordered and paid for a pizza with 3 orders of wings in Byram,MS. I received a pizza and 1 order my wings. I had to make a second trip to pick up the missing order. Spoke with manager Charlie who refused to compensate for a second trip. He was rude, short and possessed zero empathy. Replace the manager ASAP.
